Question

Posted (edited)

I've been trying to mod Skyrim for a long time, but have ran into several road blocks, like this one. Every time I try launching SKSE through Mod Organizer 2, I get the following message when trying to load a save. "This Save is Missing Files" And then crashes. This is very contradictory since, I am not missing any files, according MO2. I have even tried making a new save, but when I do that, the game does absolutely nothing, leaving me on the main menu. I have made sure that SKSE is installed properly and have reinstalled SKSE multiple times. But, when I launch the game through the normal launcher on MO2, I am able to load into saves perfectly. If anyone thinks they have the solution to this issue, please respond.

I don't have an answer for you as I do not remember seeing anything like you say. You may have to jump on over to the MO2 Discord and post this under the #issue-reoprts to get some help.

This Save is Missing Files is probably an error from SSE Engine Fixes telling you the .skse save is missing.
