Hi Jarl, i'm wondering if you ever figured out what the problem was with your modgroup? I only just started looking into what mod groups are and how to use them, so I wouldn't be able to help you with your problem, sorry. Also, idk the answer to your question either.

I am also wondering what "Version Control Info 1" under record Header does. I noticed that the UF4P has it as 55 23 00 00, but the other mods just have 00 00 00 00.

This is set by the version control system to allow editing by multiple users. I've never used it, but I assume this is a sequential number used as a version or revision number to track changes. If you don't use version control, it's always 00 00 00 00. This is used only by Creation Kit so it has no bearing in the game.
