Bluegunk Posted March 3, 2018 Posted March 3, 2018 Skyrim SE, Bruma. I notice there were issues with Bruma static LOD ('Oldrim' Bruma forum), and you recommended generating tree LOD only for the region. How do I omit the Bruma static LOD using the DynDOLOD interface, please? Or do I need to do that at Mod level? I unpacked the Bruma SE BSA to access tree LOD. Thanks!
0 Phlunder Posted October 11, 2022 Posted October 11, 2022 Have you checked out the Beyond Skyrim - Bruma section on the DynDOLOD page? https://dyndolod.info/Mods/Beyond-Skyrim-Bruma

I'm not sure what to do. Do i need to unpack the BSA for BS Bruma and look at the tree billboards? Are they broken? I'm not sure https://imgur.com/a/9cdiyWO This is explained since half a decade ago when the mod came out. Because of the missing plugin data and assets DynDOLOD does not generate LOD for the worldspace by default. https://dyndolod.info/Mods/Beyond-Skyrim-Bruma Also, https://dyndolod.info/FAQ "Billboard tree LOD textures cut off mid-way"

0 jareski Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Thanks but no luck, checked that thread the comment is linked to up and down before posting. Also googled every simple combination of my problem and couldn't find anything other than someone on reddit who was editing the wrong worldspace ignore file

See https://dyndolod.info/Mods/Beyond-Skyrim-Bruma By default the BSHeartland worldspace is ignored. To enable the worldspace, edit ..\DynDOLOD\Edit Scripts\DynDOLOD\Configs\DynDOLOD_[GAME MODE]_worldspace_ignore.txt and remove/change the line "BSHeartland (Tamriel) - bsheartland.esm". Just adding an X in front would be enough for it to show in the world selection drop down again. Make sure to edit the correct file for the desired game mode. https://dyndolod.info/Help/Game-Mode

I’ll get my logs posted when I get the chance. Merry Christmas/happy holidays!
