Lexy's: Legacy of The Dragonborn Special Edition

Recommended Posts

I believe I followed the right directions for Statues but I'll reinstall just in case.

Oooh, could you use LAL for me and load up the new member of mage guild start??? I just want to know if you crash when loading into Winterhold, as if you don't then I know I've def done something wrong.

I started a new game as a new Mage Guild member, my PC was placed in the College of Winterhold where I talked to Mirabelle and got the tour.

Ok yeah, Lexy did too so I did something wrong somewhere. Going to start with reinstalling the stunning statues. Trying to be clear on that, you made new folder Prometheus and subfolders within that mod, right? After copy/renaming did you delete the original nif or left them there?

you need the originals left where they are as well as the newly renamed ones so that's your problem

Thank you!! Def on my end then. Reinstalling statues to start...just making 100% sure I did this right, when you said to copy and rename the files you means create a  new Prometheus folder and those subfolders within the Stunning Statues right? After copying the original mesh to there and renaming, delete the old one or no?

My $0.02 worth is that you can leave the original files in-place.  DarkladyLexy might tell you differently.

Lexy hi! Have you or any body else had this issue. Opened MO2 to start building the profile and computer started going wonky and my malwarebytes instantly quarantined the the whole folder(MO2) as ransomware. Prior to this, MO2 ran, and i had a look at loot on previous "Cleaned Vanilla ESM" and it shows it as dirty again. Yes i know i have to set the folder as ignore in Malwarebytes, but cannot understand why Loot on each open session registers Cleaned esm as dirty. So for now back to CLEAN Install again!!!!!!!

Another dumb question...Bent Pines has meshes and textures in the original folder...after building the new Trees and Flora merge, do we keep the original mod activated or still deactivate completely?

in that case you need to keep any mod that contain assets active it similar to what we do for the NPC Retextures.

suggest you add MO2 to your exclusion list cos we know MO2 is not ransonware (if it was we would be screaming our heads off) it just might have similar behavior so your anitvirus quarantined it.

Just a note on merging with merge plugins throuh MO2 concerning scripts and other assets, load order in right panel must match install order in left panel.

I was adding morehud(works fine) and skyhud(with iHud patch).

install order

iHud

Skyhud & iHud Patch

Now loot can sort the plug-ins as follows.

SkyHud.esp

iHud.esp

Skyhud - iHud Patch.esp (replaces some iHud scripts)

Created merge, scripts from from iHud folder used.

Changed load order to

iHud.esp

SkyHud.esp

Skyhud - iHud Patch.esp

Rebuilt  merge, scripts from from SkyHud folder used.
