Problem with Mojave Patch Outpost- YUP-WMX-PN-PNEO Patch step

I followed the instructions below and renamed the file to YUP-WMX-PN-PNEO Patch.

Mojave Patch Outpost - YUP-WMX-PN-PNEO Patch

• Author: EssArrBee
• Version: v1.0
• Installation: Get the YUP-WMX-PN-PNEO Patch main file. During install rename the file to "YUP-WMX-PN-PNEO Patch" since there are multiple patches from this page used in the guide.

 

When I ran LOOT there was an error message for the YUP-WMX-PN-PNEO Patch plugin:

 

This plugin requires "Project Nevada - Rebalance Complete.esp" to be installed, but it is missing.

 

Is that a file I should have downloaded in the previous step Project Nevada patches?  I only downloaded the EVE and WMX Support patches as instructed.

I ended up deleting the file I originally downloaded, downloaded it again, and now it appears to be working.

That plugin comes from Project Nevada - Extra Options.

I have that plugin installed already so no idea why LOOT is showing it as missing.

Is it actually ticked and active?

 

Also check the plugin it says is missing and make sure it's named exactly as LOOT suggests it should be. IE spaces between the letters and the hyphen etc. Have been caught by that one before.
