I figured that would be the first question lol. I finally figured it out. I have just bought another SSD for my games. Now I have a SSD (E:) for my default Steam folder and a SSD (F:) for my Bethesda games. After re-downloading everything I decided to look at both of my Steam directories and found a blank Skyrim folder in my default SSD. After deleting it I was finally able to get the Creation Kit to work.
