ENBSeries Information Overlay on Start Screen

Is it normal for the ENBSeries information be be displayed on the start screen as shown in the image below?

 

 

I ask because it is not being displayed following my install of SR:LE and I'm trying to troubleshoot a freeze during load screens. The image above was taken following an install of S.T.E.P Core-Extended.

Yes, if you have ENBSeries installed correctly, you should always see those messages.

Thanks. Now I need to figure out how I messed up that install.    I'm about ready to start over again.
