Ad revenue and windows store cut is all this is about for Microsoft, period. All companies that operate in a country are bound by the government of that country or get shut down. In China or using services based within they get your data, in the US it's the NSA, in Russia it's their Intel services, in Germany it's theirs. All countries spy, full stop. Furthermore, there is data sharing between them. Now, they collect all this data but are you really that interesting that you warrant a second look? 99% of it is filtered out automatically before ever seeing a real person due to simple resource/time constraint.

Updated. Mature skin is just a misc file, no update. I did a full clean of all drives. Decided it was time for housekeeping.

Fixed the link. So far I am good with Windows 10... had to make sure to turn off auto-updating drivers from Windows Update but other than that been pretty smooth. Did an upgrade to get the free license then clean install with reformat.

Got my Windows 10 box and Skyrim up and running. Now to catch up on updates. :)

Didn't NVIDIA kill off 770s? Not sure your video card price range. Despite the memory fiasco the 970 is still a decent card for a cheaper price. (of course I'm looking American not AU)

Items being added to npcs would be via leveled lists, so not due to animations/skeleton.

Alright, looking at it in TES5Edit - its as everyone else has said. USKP is the only other record touching it. Only difference between USKP and DynDOLOD is the Is Full LOD being unset. I will try removing the persistent flag in DynDOLOD and report back. Edit: Removing the "Persistent" flag in DynDOLOD.esp fixed the issues.

I like it, granted not a huge change but some area of details are nicer such as the hair and feathers.

I just gave this a try... and for me the Shrine of Azura is gone... period. I am standing at the Altar in front of where it should be and its not there.... 1.37 - freshly generated specifically to test this. New game, Alternate Start in the Winterhold Inn and ran directly up to it. Removed DynDOLOD from load order and tried, the statue is there no issue.

No, in this case you should only need to redo the part done in ENB Manager and Changer, reinstall Real Shelter, and then run the RS Patch to re-patch weathers.

I don't use REGS, never have, but I can say with certainty you can have Immersive Citizens back when you pry it from my cold dead hands. :) Does more for the game than any town expansion ever could, imo. :)

It definitely sounds like sandboxing. In EFF MCM you can turn the feature off if desired.

Public Service Announcement - Apparently Oracle has started to remove previous java versions when installing a new update. Therefore, when updating java you will need to adjust the executable path in MO to upgrade to the new version.

I haven't used this mod at all yet but if Irileth doesn't show up right away then you never got your reward from the Jarl... so you could send a courier saying the info on the tablet was great come collect your reward... or am I totally off?

If he is on XP then there is not currently a version of MO that will work with the latest USKP. MO 1.3.8 works but not on XP.
