  1. Your Call. It's your game, install what you like. :) Often Lokir dying on the cart or falling out of the cart is something to do with starting Frostfall too soon, at least that's been my experience. Thus I never get Frostfall going till I'm in the Keep, if going vanilla start. I recall one start I managed to 'freeze' before I got called to the block. That was amusing.
  2. Yep, had an already written response to that effect before I saw this post. Some of these mods are still around on sites like LL. TBH Bathing in Skyrim does make sense, I mean after a hard day's Draugr bashing, odds on some of that bone dust is going to get in your hair. You can use the options in the mod so you don't undress all the way if you prefer. :)
  3. It's not super difficult to work out. Load your whole mod order into TES5edit and then go to the particular mod ESP you want to check for issues and step through record by record. Alternatively, load your whole order again and use the filter for conflict losers option. That'll show you where there's any conflicts you need to fix. Just be painstaking, take your time and save as often as you can.
  4. You actually HAVE to speak to the guards at the Whiterun gate before Helgen Reborn actually really kicks into gear. You don't have to WAIT 4 days, just spend 4 days running around, go do Bleak Falls Barrow, run around Riverwood, etc. As long as it's been 4 days total time, and you've been to the Whiterun guards, that's fine.
  5. What if you don't use SUM and just use the Skyproc patcher for Arcane Cleanser?
  6. Sleeping on the couch that night I'll bet, right?
  7. It's in the tower that you're about to get chopped in front of in the Vanilla start. Multi level. Has display cases, loads of storage, the ability to display monsters you've defeated etc. (Don't want to give it all away. ;) ) Plus Helgen Reborn is well worth it. Good characters, all voice acted. Some useful followers, etc.
  8. My fave player house is the one you end up with after completing Helgen Reborn. Everything you need AND you have to work for it.
  9. I would NEVER have a browser running while playing Skyrim. If I happen to need one temporarily then I might pop it up, use it and close before going back to Skyrim again.
  10. First thing I'd do is go to Steam and verify the game cache.
  11. Either way works. Merge them all into one works too. The only problem with doing that is if you want to change/add/subtract optionals, etc, it's easier to do it if they're all separated.
  12. For what it's worth I wouldn't play Fallout3 without MMM these days.
  13. Did you do the ini tweak for light pop in?
  14. I'd have said gameplay. It's a real overhaul and as such is more apt there.
  15. If you do happen to have multiple esps with the same name like that only 1 will ever get used and that'll be the one you install last, essentially.
  16. Possibly. More likely is that you'll have parts of one mod taking precedence over another mod, which could cause issues with anything from weapon damages, to coin weights to monster strength to texture issues etc. Making your own Conflict Resolution patches isn't particularly difficult in terms of work. It's mostly common sense. However it's time consuming and can get tedious on a long mods list.
  17. Trouble is, if you've added and subtracted mods, the number given in any guide may not be the correct one. EDIT: Ah hold on, I've misunderstood...
  18. Anything that's behind it can safely be unclicked in TES5 Edit, before running Dyndolod.
  19. Don't worry about it. That'll be fine.
  20. That does sound like an 'incorrect mesh for texture' sort of issue. Just double check you have UNPB installed correctly and/or have chosen the UNPB options in the skin installer.
  21. He actually does mention it in the Darnified UI install area. Finally, download "DarnUI_Support_for_FWE"; this should not be installed with the rest of the FWE mod but instead needs to be installed just before Adjustable HUD, as indicated a little later in the guide. This is done so the menus from this file are in the proper place for the UIO mod installed later. Easy to miss though.
  22. I believe the idea is to install that DarnUI support file as a separate mod.
  23. No that's fine, you don't need anything in those esps for Dyndolod purposes.
  24. There's a setting you can make before you make the ASIS patch.
