I am really liking the stability of the new SR LE. So far no CTDs ILSs etc. There is often a lag loading the loading screens as I transition to a new area, and I think "This is where I will get an ILS", but none so far. Very impressive. -

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50399/? This looks interesting. I especially like the part about angering or pleasing gods (and the smithing). Changes how blessings and amulets work. You gave to pay 100 to get a blessing and 200 to cure disease at a shrine. Has Frostfall compatibility and supports all DLCs. Wonder how it works with RND (the disease part). -

Sounds interesting. I'd like to see it get the effect if it is forged/enchanted at the Lunar Forge. It might be nice to have the enchantment reflect the time of day or of the moon phase it was forged. Maybe you have to create the item at night to get the benefit. Given that the effect only works at night it should be fairly powerful to make it worth using. Some sort of fiery effect would be nice, although absorb is more useful. Ability to disenchanted is not necessary (or desirable even) - I would prefer to see it based on being created (or sharpened) at the Lunar Forge rather than just using the vanilla enchantment system. There are already a lot of vanilla enchantments, so something a little different would be nice. Can't wait to see V2. -

When I start the game via Live Another Life and Choose the Companion start the NPCs (Whiterun Guards to be specific) will not put their shields on their back as they should from DSR. The PC will do so. However, if I choose any other start then guards will put their shields on their back (including Whiterun guards if I start in Breezehome). Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions for how to cure it? Is there something in the Companions Quest that bugs DSR shields for NPCs? (Maybe the early quest to fetch Aela's shield? Did Arthmoor modify this quest if you choose a Companion start to prevent other bugs and that has spillover affects on all NPC shields? No idea - just reaching here.) -

When editing the leveled lists (like below) and you have empty slots, do you have to use "Add" to the Leveled List entries to create new slots and then move the items into the newly created slots, or can you just move the items over into some of the empty slots? Go into enbseries.ini and change EnableDepthOfField=true to EnableDepthOfField=false. This will add about 4 FPS to your game (and it looks better IMO). If you like DoF Gopher says he gets better performance using the DOF in Dynavision but disabling his ENB DOF. You can do the same thing by hitting SHIFT ENTER while in game. Then edit the pop up. It's easie to manipulate the pop up (scrolling, clicming, etc.) if you go into console mod (hit the `~ key). The enbseries.ini in your Skyrim directory controls the current game (and is the one you write to if you use the SHIFT ENTER technique). You have another one in ENB Manager\ENB Configs\Unreal Cinema ENB 0.236 that will be reinstalled into Skyrim (overwriting whatever is in there) if you reinstall your ENB via the ENB Changer. Look at Neo's other FPS tips at the bottom of his page - if you play in high resolution monitor kill off transperecny and edge AA in enblocal.ini (can't be done while in game AFAIK). Again the file in Skyrim controls your game, the one in ENB Manager will overwrite if you reinstall. -

I reinstalled SRLE yesterday and used UC as Neo recommended. Very stable! The bleak colors really seemed to work - I usually like brighter saturated ones but these certainly gave a distinctive ambiance - though perhaps the fact that high today was -10 F matched my mood. Probably could use less DOF and blurriness - I didn't adjust any settings, I should probably fool around with that when I get a chance.

I wonder if it might not be a good idea to let mod authors know ahead of time that STEP is considering doing a comparison test of their mod at time X, and so prompt the authors to let the mod testers know if there is an update in the works or any other pertinent information. -

Great idea Noob' - it would be cool to give them a fake and keep the original, especially if you were a character with less than pristine ethics. Maybe you could then offer to sell another copy to the Thalmor or Ulfric... -

I was thinking it might be IA or Book of Silence. I hadn't gotten around to checking whether it was a missing texture issue. I though maybe by BoS install was corrupted and was going to look at installing it again to correct the issue. The otehr fear I had was that I was simply running out of VRAm and it was failing to load the armor textures from time to time. -

I've noticed a few naked people too - all males. In Whiterun Jon Battleborn (the guy who leans against Belothor's porch) and Adrianne's husband (inside Warmaidens), plus my character when I first started in Live Another Life. So far it only happens to males, I wonder if it is restricted to certain clothing options (iron armor?). Oddly I notioced my character had a full set of iron armor in his inventory when I first created him in the prison cell (4 pieces of iron armor and the 2 pieces of prison clothing all in the inventory), but none were being worn. Jon's naked pose resting against the post outside of Belethor's store was hilarious. Yes, unfortunate. I sort of wish she would leave up with a warning while she is fixing it... -
Question about conflict resolution. I'm adding Immersive Patrols but it has a conflict with Realistic Room Rentals that I do not immediately see how to resolve. (IP leaves a Quest Marker on a bench that RRR disables.) Suggestions? Details: Realistic Room Rentals has a bench which it disables. " [59] RealisticRoomRental.esp \ Cell \ Block 6 \ Sub-Block 5 \ 0003A184 \ Temporary \ 0009D15A" "InitiallyDisabled" Immersive Patrols makes it a Quest Item "PersistentReference QuestItem DisplaysInMainMenu". [1F] Immersive Patrols Merged All.esp \ Cell \ Block 6 \ Sub-Block 5 \ 0003A184 \ Persistent \ 0009D15A Any suggestions what to do? Can I just copy the Immersive Patrols Record Flag to a different bench in the same inn that Realistic Rentals does not disable (in my conflict resolution patch)? Will that change the item from Temporary to Permanent? Or just ignore it and hope it's not a big deal...

It looked like it would improve clipping/spacing for some options (especially with geared up) but make it worse for others. I think with any non-dynamic solution, it will come down to what do you usually carry (and which mods to alter the number and position of weapons do you use).

Solved it - for some reason BOSS was not updating my master list (my previous version was from about 8/26/13) when I ran it (even though it identified the list as being the 1/21/14 list). I deleted the master list and ran BOSS (outside of MO) and it created a new master list (with the BUM changes I had already made) and then it worked fine when I ran BOSS inside of MO. Weird. I wonder if it is due to using the new version (1.1 Beta) of MO. -
