  1. It's Skyrim SE. Well it's issue in that I have to delete my current patch and redo it completely instead of the properly normal way of updating it...pretty annoying :\
  2. I've used this same setup for a long time, I am just playing Skyrim again and for some reason my Bashed Patch keeps going into the Skyrim data folder, not the overwrite MO folder. Any idea? Google has come up empty. It creates a documents folder in Overwrite with a bashed patch txt file..but it puts the ESP in my data folder.
  3. I have not used xEdit before..is that the same thing as TES5EDIT? Can you elaborate ? I am googling to see what I can find out, maybe the listed order in MO and the actual order is not matching from the sounds of what you are saying. When I load up TES5Edit it gives me the same error message. [00:03] Background Loader: Fatal: <Exception: "ELFXEnhancer.esp" requires master "EnhancedLightsandFX.esp" to be loaded before it.> (rerunning LOOT seemed to fix it)
  4. TexGen is telling me that ELFXEnhancer.esp requires master "EnhancedLightsandFX.esp" to be loaded before it..but it already it. Looks like it's loading them out of order despite being in the right order in MO. This same message happened in LODGen but reordering them sovled in.. With TexGen it will not work not matter what order I place them in..any ideas? Even if I disable those ESP it still says the same thing. I am using Mod Organizer.
  5. I have the same HTTP errors, but I have those two files and I don't use a firewall (well it's turned off currently) I also get the SKSE error when I try to run it :( Will have to keep using v2.0.8.3 as it works fine (other than the weird handler problem)
  6. I've follow the STEP guide 100%, and just finished - everything is working stable no crashes (so far) - however there seems to be a huge problem with lights popping in. I know some is just the engine and limitations but some situations cannot be right. Check these screenshots - you can see I'm close up, move a few steps and all the lights come on..it looks very odd and unplayable in game. Is this normal or mod / settings related? Kind of hard to tell from screenshots, but the lights go from off to on and it's VERY abrasive in game with Imaginator/Lighting mods etc. It's as if ALL the light sources are turned off..and the lightboxes all turn on when I move 1 step. (Removing ELFX fixes the issue so it's something with my ELFX installatoin)
  7. I can't seem to get Climates to work with STEP - how did you manage? I completed all of STEP and then install Climates (tried last in load order, and just before bashed patch) and I rebuilt my patch - but no effects seem to take place. Tried Climates+ELEFX
  8. I finally got to the last step of STEP (DynDOLOD) and the last step when I run DynDOLOD, set the advanced options and click OK - it immediatley shows me the exit screen. Well I have to concur with this, that was why it was crashing.
  9. It must be such (built in) because I don't have the 60 > 30 fps issue in Skyrim (meaning that TB will be pointless anyways)
  10. TB might be generic, but OpenGL and D3D version are just that, one is used in OpenGL games the other in D3D. Since almost ALL games are D3D the openGL version is not useful, especially in Skyrim which is D3D. TB helps to reduce frame drop when you are below your Vsync/Monitor rate. So rather than going from 60 to 30 FPS with TB yuo would drop just to where you should drop (55 for instance) I haven't experienced this problem with Skyrim so I doubt TB would make any difference..but was just curious. I've definitely had TB help in other games in he past. You'll always know when you have the issue when you go from 60 to 30 fps and wonder what is going on.. TB solves that. Others just don't run Vsync..but my gameplay is way to off without Vsync (in any game)..I have very sensitive eyes.
  11. Is why I keep my OS on a flash drive.
  12. Lol I've always used it and it's always worked well for me (when you understand what it does). Maybe with ENBoost it is not needed but I was curious. Also, for reference the drive panel or nVidia control panel Triple Buffering is OpenGL which is different than the TB in D3DOverrider which is D3D TB. ATI cards can force D3D TB but nVidia cannot without software.
  13. I know this has been asked many times over the years, and at some point Boris was going to add it to ENB but not sure if that ever happened. I always use D3DOverrider in my games as it just tends to help smooth things out especially during frame drops. Anyways, has there been found a way to run D3DOverrider with ENB/FXAA? Thanks in advance for any help.
  14. Yah I had done it not sure how it got reset. Possible when I bought a second SSD and moved Steam to that drive. Was running SSD OS drive with my games on it and decided to get a second GAME SSD...the settings must have reset then.
