About the script merge, i need some help please since i'm not good at scripting... You said you test Crossbow damage boost mod. So for damageManagerProcessor.ws between modCrossbowDamageBoost and modImmersiveCam what lines you used? between modCrossbowDamageBoost and modKNGBlood and for playerWitcher.ws between modCrossbowDamageBoost and modFriendlyHUD between modCrossbowDamageBoost and modIceBreath between modCrossbowDamageBoost and modMapQuestObjectivesFull between modCrossbowDamageBoost and modPrimer and in the Bundled text section. 3 conflicts need resolving. Should I let crossbow damage mod to win the conflict or the Enhancement System ? thanks in advance.
well i got the SRLE Extended Profile only on my setup since i first found it out. SRLE base is awesome don't get me wrong but with this extension is complete!
i haven't played yet this mod. It seems from the author page that the quests normally starts when you steal something ? and with the alternate start i guess you start the quest from the House of the Thief? i guess with the normal start you can start at any point when you steal something and with the alternate only when you find that house.
if only your master table is corrupted you can try to restore it before purchasing another hdd. If Microsoft's Checkdisk (chkdsk) fails to repair the MFT, try TestDisk.
Do you really need 2 TB ? I use only two 250GB SSDs and it's enough anyway use the cheapest of the fastest drives from WD or Seagate because they're not very realiable on long term anyway
A problem occurred during install: The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.The mod was not installed. This is the error i get. It seems the path is too long... Edit: deleted 12 characters from the archive name and it works now.
I did have these conflicts. Have you installed them both exactly as in the guide? Edit: Neo. Script merger shows conflict between modColoredMapMarkers_AQO and modMapQuestObjectivesFull for gameplay\gui_new\swf\worldmap\panel_worldmap.redswf does this need priority sorting ?
After trying to merge texture mods couple of times and still had errors displayed when it extracted the textures I found out that if I installed the The Witcher 3 Modkit in the same directory as this TW3ModMerging (the working space) and renamed it so that it's path contained again no spaces it worked perfectly. I had no more errors and it extracted and then built the new merged mod without any errors/problems. So instead of putting this into ModKitchen path "Select the x64 folder inside <The Witcher 3 Modkit>/bin" i put the one i created inside TW3ModMerging\ModTools\bin\x64.
