i actualy sort with loot when i installed almost all mods... doesn't matter actualy just do it before the final parts. i don't understand then if you set that rule the esp should be right before the CR... and i dont know why you got those esps after the CR. Thats why you get conflicts because in your picture skyrimcoinreplacer overwrites Ele lite esp and it shouldn't. -
Well i think he balances wild and ordinator. So they can work toghether perfectly. Edit: anyway this is the mod i'll be using from now on.

ELE_Legendary_Fs_Lite.esp should be right before the SR Conflict resolution not where it is now because that should overwrite all the other mods... follow through the guide again and check all the loot rules you applied and see if you didn't made a mistake somewhere. and make sure the loot rule for ELE_Legendary_Fs_Lite.esp is applied and that Global Priority is Enabled. Edit: and after the SR Conflict resolution should not be any other esps except for ASIS-Dependency.esp and the other that are in SRLE Profile with Asis.esp DSR esp and bashed patch my load order won't help you since i use SRLE Extended aswell.. Edit2: and these Vivid Weathers.esp Vivid Weathers - Falskaar.esp Vivid Weathers - Minty Lightning patch.esp Skyrim Particle Patch for ENB - Flame Atronach Fix.esp should've been in a merge... have you completed all the merges in the guide ? and these Vivid Weathers - Lanterns of Skyrim Preset.esp Vividian - Lanterns of Skyrim Preset.esp they aren't in the SR guide... check installation of vivid wathers mod again... you should check again all the guide and follow it to the letter because from what i see there are lots of mistakes... but only you can resolve them... the guide is very explanatory so follow it again. -
yes wait two weeks. Anyway it seems that it will be a better replacer of both vigor and combat evolved and I guess it will be as is with Ordinator ...very very active at updates.

also APO CI and APO HI were updated EDIT: About Wildcat (at a first glance) I like it. I droped both Vigor and Combat evolved i'm just using WC i like the simplicity of the mod and also it integrates very well with Ordinator. Here's what Enai wrote about a Vigor and Wildcat comparison on reddit:

Some conflicts are won just by the Load Order and doesn't need any intervention, others need intervention and they are resolved through the patch (CR) and others can be left alone. You won't be able to make everything green on such a big Load Order and you only need to resolve what is game breaking or personal preference Neo's CR guide is one of the best out there and i'm sure if he didn't put other resolves there they aren't needed. and from the picture you posted those two records are actualy green in mine. your ELE_Legendary_Fs_Lite.esp is not in the right place in your LO. Have you set Global Priority and set it to 990100 to this esp ? -

install Memory Blocks Logs and see if your mem blocks are allocated correctly or use crash fixes 10 with the Preloader as an alternative. -

Those esps end up in the bashed patch you made with wrye bash. What wrye bash deactivates leave it deactivated And you can run loot at any time. -

Use this method to create dummies of plugins you wish to remove from the premade Conflict Resolution. Load Wrye Bash click on the CR and select File->Create dummy esps (this will create fake esps for what you are missing and place them into the overwrite folder). Load TES5edit with only SRLE Conflcit Resolution Selected wait until backgound loader has finished. Right click on SRLE Extended Conflict Resolution and check for errors. Remove the records that are broken from SRLE Extended Conflict Resolution(they will show after checking for errors). Save and Exit. Load SRLE Extended Conflict Resolution again in TES5Edit and then clean masters once done save and exit. Remove Fake plugins fron the overwrite folder.

USLEEP was updated recently and could be that they changed those records to match BCS now and the conflict is no more... -
I think SkyTEST is the choice too. It has a more complex aproach over the animals and it is the most updated aswell and Animal Tweaks just makes them more dangerous/

When I install the new version of Realistic Boat Bobbing it seems that SMIM Barrels and the Crates option are installing wyrmstooth barrels and crates even though the option for wyrmstooth is disabled first. -

I just ctrl+c ctrl+v the file name on nexus. I didn't thought that it will copy the link to the download aswell. anyway i'll install it then if is needed... i noticed you removed yours and thought it was included in the main mod. -
it means you have the meshes but you don't have the textures. Check the mod that adds trees in that area and see if you installed it correctly. i don't think Skyrim.esm is your problem anyway that can be resolved by rechecking the files with steam
