  1. Clean savegame?
  2. A beta update has just been released.
  3. I think you'll find a lot of the "skimpy" mods are by American authors. So are the armour sets.
  4. Neither Immersive Armour nor Omegared99 - Armour Compilation are inspired by "anime". EDIT: I'm an idiot. I see what you mean now. Armour packs for body mods are indeed anime-like in their nature.
  5. Still having issues with Open Cities, but Arthmoor is planning on updating his mod soon.
  6. The new version is shaping up nicely! https://www.evernote.com/shard/s53/sh/e0141ccd-68d4-4672-818d-c95c46004c53/e9bc4d9bc680db6fbd8471bac9d51f50
  7. What are the dangers of using masters (ESM files) instead of plugins (ESPs)? Take Solitude Dock District for example. Both versions have the same number of UDRs reported by WB. If the mod was clean, would either version be safer to use or are they both in the same ballpark?
  8. I think you're a bit misinformed buddy, thinking that anyone would pay extra over a new and better model, like the Sapphire 6950 2GB I linked to in my first post. Good luck with the sale anyway.
  9. Not saying that you're wrong, but this does seem like a broader spectrum.
  10. Are Vurt's textures automatically omitted from optimisation when using the settings from this post? And another question, what does "Ignore border on optimizing" do and should it remain set to 1%?
  11. Seems clean, gonna test it soon.
  12. Just the Hardcore plugin by the way. The rest works just fine (I'm using the Hazardous Dungeons).
  13. Inb4 UDRs.
  14. Well the do not use list is pretty explicit :P The rest is up to you. As for STEP 2.3 they will be removed from consideration until the mod authors fix them. Â Most of them can be easily fixed in 15 min or less. I highly doubt any of the mod authors will do anything, unless we start informing them right away of the issues.
  15. Trust me, you're not selling this card at that price point. If you were selling here in the UK, you'd probably get $140 for it. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/XFX-AMD-ATI-Radeon-HD-6950-2GB-Graphics-Card-PCI-E-/230851038370?pt=UK_Computing_Computer_Components_Graphics_Video_TV_Cards_TW&hash=item35bfcb4ca2
  16. Why would anyone buy a used HIS card (one of the cheapest manufacturers with poor warranty) and pay extra over a new card? You can also get a better 7850 2GB for less, or even a 7870 1GHz for a small premium. https://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/510?vs=549 https://www.anandtech.com/bench/Product/510?vs=548
  17. So how do we figure out which edits we should worry about, and which to just ignore?
  18. I was talking about Immersive Armors for NPCs, which is #132 on the do not use list! That's why I said it's just an additional plugin for the main mod, no?
  19. Umm... Immersive Armours is on the green list. So it's just the additional plugin. And Interesting NPCs has only 19 UDRs (REFR and ACHR), so hopefully those can be cleaned up before long.
  20. Oh boy. More Dynamic Shadows turns out clean in WB, by the way. Gonna test it now, see if the lights "pop up" as reported by some users here.
  21. missjennabee's response to my concerns about her mod: Thoughts?
  22. Expanded Towns and Villages tops the charts. :D Thanks for doing this fri, I really appreciate the effort. It narrows down the list of suitable mods for STEP significantly.
  23. What textures should we avoid optimising with DDSopt? I know that the paper textures from the vanilla game should be excluded, what about WATER textures, body and face mods, armours and weapons from other mods? In other words, is there any exclusion list?
  24. This is correct. The opening cell from Alternate Start has the light placed behind the torch, pretty much in the wall, that's why the lighting works in such a way. Try somewhere else to see the difference.
  25. I still don't get why we're not using More Dynamic Shadows. Do lights really "pop out" with that mod?
