If the guide settings are capable to cause any weird results, I don't have any chance to know that. I'm not experiment with things which don't know how work and can mess up. I'm sure that do the steps properly as they explained.

I currently use Mod Organizer and Wrye Bash to merge esps. It could be some corruption with this file after the optimization because i tried twice and got the same as result. You could check yourself if this appears or not to be sure that isn't a particular case.

I's a texture from Vanillas. I'll try to find it when i've more free time. About my settings - i don't use any ENB, any tweaked LOD inis, it's vanilla ultra settings with some added lines which is required for mods like Enhanced Blood Textures, Skyrim Flora Overhaul. Textures are from TPC/manually optimized with DDSopt/, but i think that the too bright snow is related to ELFX exterior module or improper boss load order.

It's definitely a lod texture - maybe iceberg or glacier, but not cloud because Climates of Tamriel uses its own. I reverted back to original bsas and it looks normal.

I done all but the same texture is corrupted/missing. Could someone check that place/it's the road to Dawnstar/ ?

I don't think so. I have fully tested the BATs without error. More likely, something random happened, like a file deleted or a copy error, etc.I viewed the BSA structure and cannot find this file in the directory. It should be dbanner01.dds which exists there.

Hi, guys I made ddsopt optimization of my vanilla, hrdlc and dlc bsas following the guide. I done the process but some things remained unclear : - How many files should i have in vanilla optimized folder after the optimization ? - I used the Neovalen's guide with Mod Organizer. Should I activate the BSAs from BSAs section to work properly ? I ask about this because I saw some missing textures/distant lands in the sea near Dawnguard/ .

Tried VideoMemorySizeMb=to my vram/it's dedicated vram to be precise/, also put it to 6144/formulae by Boris RAM+VRAM-2048/ but doesn't help. Could be related to some ini settings ? I used only these included in STEP guide and Z-Fighting guide. -

For my setup 209 version is the stablest so far. Also i'm noticing some performance gain, moving smoothness, but i can't figure out why cannot load save in exterior area. Every time i get ILS. When i try to move from interior to exterior area there has not problem. Does anyone have the same issue ? -

ENB preset fixes the problems with tearing, also forced AF from RadeonPro eliminates the horizontal screen tearing, but these solutions dip performance to level that makes the game unplayable. I could make Real Vision ENB to be playable/30s fps stable outside/ but with sacrifice of resolution/720p which is letterbox and i don't know how to remove/. Shuttering is not present, mouse lag issue was fixed by changing the Flip Queue Size to 2 and Dynamic Vertical Sync in RadeonPro. -

Yes, I currently use BW 1.1 by Virusek, but it doesn't fix tearing. -
So i have a lot of problems with mouse lag and screen tearing/horizontal/vertical/, which is perfectly visible in towns Of course on that pic it's not clearly visible, but i searched solutions many times but without any success. 1. I disabled any xbox360 controled settings(bGamepadEnable=0, bGamePadRumble=0, bUseKinect=0) 2. Changed iPresentInterval to 0, bMouseAcceleration to 0 3. Turned on vSync in enblocal.ini 4. Forced Anisotropy, MaxAnisotropy=16 My CCC settings: SkyrimPrefs.ini/Skyrim.ini: I'll be very grateful to everyone who could help :) :) .

I also moved back backup HRDLC textures to the Skyrim folder to check if it's a issue from DDSopt optimization or Vanilla feature, but looks like a game glitch. I will continue to check whether ddsopting is safe for Texture Pack Combiner or not.

Looks like it's only appears in Windhelm, many of textures there are not covered by their HD variants. Â

Thanks! What kind of texture could be that ? Some decal ? I looked over the processed TPC textures, but none of them use this snow decal or have any kind of corruption. I think it's part of Vanilla or HRDLCÂ wall texture.

Maybe i would look at them if i knew how to work with preview tab. I tried to select a texture from the tree, but nothing shows up on preview tab.The easiest way is to move up the backup TPC folder, replace it with current, load it with mod organizer. This will show if the problem is related to ddsopted tpc or to vanilla/HRDLC optimized textures :D. EDIT: Looks like it's not TPC texture :|.

Hm I found some weird looking texture/some snow on different type of walls in Windhelm. I looked over the textures/architecture/windhelm folder in TPC with the compressonator, but didn't find anything.

Now it's working ok, no more purple textures after quick looking in Whiterun and places around, flora looks ok, not pixelized or noisy. After the ddsopting procedure i saved around 3 gigs of space and freezing is gone. These settings were used for *.dds and normal maps respectively: I will continue with further checking to make sure that everything looks normal. Thanks for your advices.
