ILO step says to not use the "Ultimate Ed" esp

Why is it that we don't use the "Ultimate Edition.esp" for ILO?

Double click ''Interior Lighting Overhaul'' in the left pane and go to the "Optional ESPs" tab.
Move "Interior Lighting Overhaul - Ultimate Edition.esp" to the Optional ESPs box.

That plugin prevents the ESM from being overwritten by other mods. You won't have that problem because the Bashed Patch will forward all the lighting changes that ILO's ESM makes. It's a redundant plugin that takes up a slot. Only users that don't use a bashed patch need it.
