Immersive hold borders by thematthan

This mod seems awesome to have around and, as a newb modder, i would like to hear out how much possible it is to implement in the step:core and other patches/packages out there. Also come to thinking about "immersive" i've seen many awesome immersive mods like immersive armor, creatures, this one and others that and i wonder if there will be a package for them?
