Haven't seen any capitalization issues, but I haven't killed enough people to check corpses. Will be doing the Bleakfalls run later, and will look then for both issues.

chopped it up with nell, turns out it's not a bug. The mod names all actors, living or dead.

I don't think this is lore friendly or realistic, but thats just like my opinion man.

I saw what you meant about corpses last night. My thoughts:

A) Lore Friendliness - The names assigned are purported to be in line with names of similar races in the game. I haven't seen any so far that aren't, so no issues. Not sure how anything else would be related to Lore on this one, so I'll leave it at that.

B) Realistic - This one is more problematic, mostly due to getting names of dead bandits and what-not. That said, and my characters being 'characters', they all have a touch of insanity to them, so I figure any names given to dead people are entirely in my own head, completely made up, and completely irrelevant. It's not a huge issue for me (maybe he had a name tag in his clothes?), but this one can go either way. Combined with the Stranger mod, though, it corrects a bigger un-reality in my mind, so I'll likely be keeping both in my load order.

You can prevent renaming corpses by going into the .ini file and removing corpse from the general search terms area. If you think knowing the names of bandits are immersive breaking, you can remove bandit as well, and so on.

I may be wrong but in the MCM menu in the latest version you can toggle all of the aforementioned things - strangers are strangers until you have spoken to them, no naming of corpses or dragons.
