haelfix Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 Ok, I think i've found my problem. The file Skellige Ice Breath has 2 main files, both called Skellige Ice Breath Menu v 2 . 0 . 3. One has a parentheses after the 3.One is dated from september 2, the other from february 16. In the old version files, there are several script files, but none are updated for 1.30. Which file do I dl manually, I assume its the menu file dated september 2. But which script file do I dl??? The 17 june file?
thorgal Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 speaking of Autoloot . the way it is setup in the guide , is it only supposed to autoloot when you are picking flowers and plants ?

The newer one is the "Scripts" one to be installed.speaking of Autoloot . the way it is setup in the guide , is it only supposed to autoloot when you are picking flowers and plants ?It should autoloot everything provided it's not stealing.
haelfix Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 THank Neo, that has solved almost everything. The only thing I still have an issue with is something that I think the hotfix patch yesterday might have caused related to the 1.30 and 1.31 issues people have been complaining about. In script merger, there is an additional conflict between primer and friendlhud that wasn't there before involving ingamemenu.ws. There are 3 conflicts I believe. If I leave the file unmerged the game compiles and runs ok, but i'm a bit wary of doing that. Running the steam version of the game.
paul666root Posted September 13, 2016 Posted September 13, 2016 hey Neo. What did you chose for ingamemenu.ws? between friendly hud and primer? i got a conflict there that is not on the guide
PCG4m3r Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 I also have Steam and ran into the same problem with ingamemenu.ws after the 1.31 hotfix. I simply unmerged the scripts, reverted them back to the 1.30 version and remerged and it works just fine. This mod page provides the 1.30 base scripts and also information about what "downgrading" means you'll lose, which in my case was not a concern:Resolving 1.31 GOTY script compilation errors for 1.30 mods
Neovalen Posted September 14, 2016 Author Posted September 14, 2016 Yes, CDProjekt was nice enough to create confusion and mass panic by now updating all PC users to a 1.31 hotfix build (still different than 1.31 GOTY) instead of 1.30... and screwed it up for the lot of us... yay! Edit: I've updated myself to the new 1.31 and thus also the guide. Hopefully this sets you guys up.
paul666root Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 (edited) i still get the ingamemenu.ws conflict. This is what i found in Primer. //modPrimer uncomment (remove the //) line below if you're GOTY user. And have a good day, you magnificent bastard.//theGame.GetGuiManager().RefreshMainMenuAfterContentLoaded(); Should i use that? Edited September 14, 2016 by paul666root
Spoodle Posted September 14, 2016 Posted September 14, 2016 Been following your guide to the letter, but when I start up the game after doing the merges and such I get some error. Is it something on my end I managed to screw up?Error [mod0000_mergedfiles]game\gui\_old\components\guitooltipcomponent.ws(473): Could not find function 'setAlchemyCategories'Error [mod0000_mergedfiles]game\gui\_old\components\guitooltipcomponent.ws(474): Could not find function 'getIngredientCategory'Error [modprimer]game\gameplay\alchemy\alchemyextender.ws(362): Could not find function 'isScriptActive'Error [mod0000_mergedfiles]game\gui\popups\lootpopup.ws(176): Could not find function 'setAlchemyCategories'Error [mod0000_mergedfiles]game\gui\popups\lootpopup.ws(281): Could not find function 'getIngredientCategory'Warning [content0]engine\environment.ws(30): Global native function 'EnableDebugOverlayFilter' was not exported from C++ code.Warning [content0]engine\environment.ws(32): Global native function 'EnableDebugPostProcess' was not exported from C++ code.Warning [content0]engine\showflags.ws(11): Global native function 'DebugSetEShowFlag' was not exported from C++ code.

paul666root Posted September 15, 2016 Posted September 15, 2016 ok seems that copying from here Resolving 1.31 GOTY script compilation errors for 1.30 mods maincreditsmenu.ws works now and game starts.
