I am a little lost with the requiments with Step Extended with this mod. Description says "STEP Extended Patch users DO NOT need to install this mod. For Version, select only Vanilla (unless you use Realistic Needs and Diseases), and for Official DLCs, select both Dawnguard and Dragonborn." However its not green so its not a core mod. I am planing on using Realistic Needs and Diseases with extended so do I download the Realistic Needs and Diseases along with the DLC counterparts?

If you plan on using the STEP Extended Patch find at the end of the Guide, then you don't need to install the mod.
