New Vegas bounties contains deleted NavMeshes

Question

After installing New Vegas Bounties 1, I proceeded to install New Vegas Bounties 2. During this step it asked me if I wanted to merge or overwrite, so I clicked merge, now it says that New Vegas Bounties 2 has 2 deleted Navmeshes that need to be cleaned with FNVEdit. My question is this; if this is not supposed to happen what do I need to do when re installing NVB1 and NVB2, or if it is supposed to happen, what must I do to clean it?

Cleaning deleted navmeshes is not easy like cleaning ITMs and UDRs. You shouldn't merge those mods anyways since ILO has a patch for one of them that needs it to actually exist instead of be merged into something else.

So when I install them I should give them different names, and ignore the "overwrite" flag?

Sorry I misread you original post. You should have installed each separately. The FNVEdit thing is something you should ignore.

You can reinstall both just remove the NVB mods you already have first.

I removed the NVB mods, then reinstalled as separate mod names, but loot still says that NVB2 has 2 deleted Navmeshes, and mod organiser still flags that NVB2 overwrites some NVB1 files.
