Enboost CTD after loading up any save

So I am doing STEP exactly word for word, everything is going absolutely fine until I reached Enboost. (Mind you this is a 100% fresh skyrim with only the previous steps leading up to Enboost). I get the .ini set up, all settings are amazing, I launch the game and it works... Until I load a save, or start a new game. It loads for a few seconds, then it just crashes, the window closes, no error message, it just dies!

 

Right now i'm not doing anything until I can figure this out.

Still does not work, Skyrim just crashes to desktop while loading up a save... Is there any log or anything I can provide?

What are your system specs?

Have you definitively narrowed it down to ENB or are you guessing?
