Is there a mod to increase stamina re-gen when your weapon is sheathed and standing still?

SO MY QUESTON IS

Is there a mod that increases stamina re-gen when your weapon is sheathed?

 

The reason I ask is becuase I am running reuqiem with realistic needs and diseases and although I have the compatiblty patches I find that the whole "eat food for more stamina" is negated by the fact that if I eat to much I lose my speed. So I was thinking that a a good alternative would be if my weapon was sheathed and I was standing still my stamina regen would go up faster making up for the fact that I can't really increase my stamina with food like in requeim since I run Realistic Needs.

I forgot the name of the mod but is there some Skyrim Tweak mod that allows you to change pretty much anything in the game? Is there an option in whatever that mod is to tweak stamina regen while standing still with weapons sheathed?

No there is no such mod looks like you will have to make it urself. Pretty simple one really

Not aware of any that apply whilst just standing, the nearest I could think would be this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23179/?

When you sit down (using the spells in the mod) your health, magic and stamina regen 5% faster.

Similarly there is this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46575/? 

When you lay down (using the spells in the mod) your health, magic and stamina are fortified by 5 points for 5 minutes.
