Fake Fullscreen/Borderless Window installation help

Has anyone managed to get either of these or similar programs running on a FOSE Fallout 3 through Mod Organizer?

 

 

Managed to use Game Companion. Added in the EXE list: FOSEMO.exe and it worked it's magic.

Using GP as well...actually played a couple of hours last night without micro stutters. We shall see:) Using MO with about 130 mods.

I got the fake fullscreen program working.

 

I initially ran into trouble because I forgot that MO has a separate ini file for each profile, and the ini that it was attempting to use was set to fullscreen. Oops.
