Creation Kit sees no mods with Mod Organizer

I've seen some of the other posts about this, but they're either not answered or people solved it with changing folder permissions or something that I've already tried. Long story short, I followed the "Skyrim revisited" guide and have everything set up in MO. 

 

It works great other than I can't seem to make my characters look as good as the photos I see online (different issue I suppose), but I'm trying to copy the look of a custom follower (who comes with her own meshes and textures). 

 

Someone said to use the creation kit, but when I load it through MO, it only shows the main Skyrim ESMs (and the DLC) and a Bashed Patch esp. Nothing else.

 

What am I doing wrong?

You need to set the Steam AppID override correctly for the Creation Kit; I totally missed this too first time. From https://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Mod_Organizer#tab=Third_Party_Programs :

 

5. Check the Overwrite Steam AppID option and enter the number 202480 in the field beside it.
