MO and Fallout NV

I have installed MO in game's folder directory, MO recognized it. Then i downloaded some mods from nexus, installed it and enabled it on left panel. But when i launch NVSE mods don't load, i get pure Fallout NV w/o any mods.

Make sure you archive invalidation on. It's located in the profiles menu. Also make sure file selection in the INIs is set to 1. The Non-MO mods in the left pane should be in the correct order. Put Fallout first then all dlc then all pre order packs.
