implemented Pack title being included in table of contents

I added an automatically generated table of contents to a pack, but since the title of the pack at the top of the page is itself a h2 element, it's getting included in the table of contents.

And since that's part of a template, it can't be edited.

 

Any way to stop it from being added to the TOC? A page header has no business being there :(

My suggestion would be to actually use a new class for the pack titles to keep the same style for them, without using a

tag.

Yep, I did not want to go into the server source to add a new class. Quick fix :P
