So this mod replaces both the stars and the galaxy. It is recommended on Prod's Serenity ENB Nexus Page. I tried it out and found that it worked VERY WELL with ENB. I've always had problems with star/galaxy mods looking either the wrong color or way to bright and oversaturated when using ENB. This one seems to have nailed it. It also looks good with ENB turned off. 

 

There are two versions. A regular version and a version with lower saturation for ENB (thus preventing over saturation).

Yayyyyyy. Someone uses it. I think it could be a nice replacement for STEP. Currently, STEP uses the enhanced night Skyrim for the stars which is ok but looks pretty terrible with a lot of enbs. Also, the galaxy texture in STEP comes from the HRDLC, which is pretty meh.
