Here is another guide with some overlap with STEP, which the author (lol at his name) notes as his inspiration :) Might be some useful info to pick out, maybe some more suggestions for mods.

Thanks MadW this seems like a direction that STEP may take, at least as optional packs, so a close inspection of this (and how thorough he has been in testing) would be a good idea. Hopefully it is not just a list of mods he 'thinks' will work well together, I'll try to get time to check thorugh it next week.
