ScrollProccer is a SkyProc patcher that searches your active mods in your load order for Scrolls and creates recipies for them. The SkyRe mod added a new feature where you can use a quill, ink and paper to create scrolls. ScrollProccer creates those recipies in an automated way, so you won't have to make compatibility patches yourself :)
