Cairn Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 I'm just learning how to use your Mod Organizer program. It's a great idea from what I've read about it, but a problem I'm running into here is that it utterly insists that I must install into the data directory. I'm trying to install 3D Vision Complete Compatibility Project, and it belongs in the main game directory, not the data directory. It's very simple, copy and paste, to install it into the game directly, but I'd prefer to use Mod Organizer to install it. However, Mod Organizer doesn't seem to want to let me install the mod in the main game directory, insisting that it must be installed within the data directory. Â Â Â Â How do I tell Mod Organizer to install the mod into the main game directory?
rootsrat Posted January 8, 2014 Posted January 8, 2014 You don't. You have to manually install it to the actual game directory. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

Seems odd. I would have thought that they would have realized that some mods wouldn't only use the data directory and made an option for mods that must be installed in the main game directory. So, this is one of those instances, then, that I must install the mod myself. I was hoping to have the option to use it through the conveniences set up in the Mod Organizer program. Oh well, thanks a lot for helping me out with that. I'll just go ahead and install the mod myself then.
