It states that you need the update file CCOR PRUFEI Chest CTD Hotfix

But this no longer exists and has already been added to the Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered  

Part of the guide.

 

So this note can be removed from the guide.

It seems to still be there. That file is part of 

 

If you check the mod page, that exact patch is under the Update section like stated in the instructions (and no longer exists in the Patch Hub):
