Medium interior does indeed work wonderfully with ambiance. I don't personally care as much about exterior accuracy since I sneak way less often there. It is somewhat too hard as is. Would it be a possibility to edit the plugin to the values used in the lite plugin for exteriors only?

Yes, I plan on incorporating Lite modifiers into the Step CR patch with next update.
