Lexy's: Legacy of The Dragonborn Special Edition

Recommended Posts

Is anyone having really long load times after the latest changes? It came out of nowhere. I used to load up fine on my SSD, but now it takes over a minute to load into the game. The load screens freeze and the game goes unresponsive. It happens when saving too, it takes over a minute to save anything. This is all on a brand new game too, still in the prison. Is there something I can check to see what might be acting up?

Also, my SkyUI MCM is causing crashing when saving, but only if I change anything. If I leave it be I can play forever, but if I change any option in it's MCM I'll crash the next time I save. The last changelog didn't even mess with SkyUI at all and it worked last time. I guess this is what happens when you have 700 mods installed =P

it does take a while to load and I have noticed the freeze when loading not idea why thou.

Since we are updating Qwinn's unified patches do we need to do the Omega Caco Pathces Merged and the World Encounter Addon Patches Merged ?

no cos none of the mods we use from Qwinn's unified patches have updated

Can anyone help with this LOOT error? I have checked the grouping and all the metadata and everything looks correct. The game had been running fine until a quest took me to Ivarstead and something wasn't right. No people around and I looked on the Nexus page for the mod and the author stated it needed to be loaded after Immersive Citizens. So, I tried to update the masterlist in LOOT and resort my load order. That's when this came up.

Failed to sort plugins. Details: Cyclic interaction detected between "Prometheus_No_snow_Under_the_roof.esp" and "Cutting Room Floor.esp":

Prometheus_No_snow_Under_the_roof.esp

[Masterlist Load After]

EnhancedLightsandFX.esp

[Masterlist Load After]

Cutting Room Floor.esp

[Master]

Prometheus_No_snow_Under_the_roof.esp

let LOOT load Prometheus_No_snow_Under_the_roof.esp where it wants to it is fine. Remove you user meta data.

I remember this being discussed in Discord some time ago, and while it was obviously from before this update, the person involved and a few troubleshooters determined that, at least in this one case, you need to force the Classic Classes and Birthsigns to do its thing before saving became normal again. The thought is that the script that drives those prompts is constantly running on game start, causing the longer save times and crashes. I'm not sure how we could force it to run in a general way, since as far as I'm aware the only race that starts with a spell is the Dunmer (Sparks), but if you have a weapon or spell you can equip, do so, take care of the CC&B selections, then try saving and see if there is any difference.

Okay this seems a bit odd...

In the guide this is specified:

Optional

M'rissi's Tails of Troubles SE - 1.6 - by KreaQ

However the SMASH override patch that is part of CORE refers to the esp file from the above follower making it no longer optional!

Possible oversight?

Actually, this has been true of a lot of mods in the past in this guide. Sofia, for example, when she was still in, was the same way. It's not an oversight. She assumes that all mods are used, and provides the CR patches for that situation. If you choose not to use one of those mods, then the CR needs to be cleaned of that master file using the procedures found in the Troubleshooting portion of the guide - remember that this guide is intended for more advanced modders, and it's assumed you can follow those directions. If you need more help figuring out those instructions, the guys on discord will be more than happy to help out.

Hi Lexy, while creating textures in xLodgen i get an "Access Violation at adress ... in module.." message and xlodgen has finished.

It looks like an error Message but xLodgen seems to have finished.

why could that happen and hoiw big is your "SSELODGen_Output" output ?

I have 1,73 GB.

Maybe everything is going fine

I have much more.. but depends on settings. I have vega 64 and much vram with good quality settings

Thanks. But i have 8gb vram also. i Have started the game, found no bugs yet, the game is vry nice, but the enb is nothing like enbs on Oldrim. Is there any enb that make the game more beauty tham this and are compatible with the weather and light mod used in this guide? And performance i think wont be a issue, since im getting 58 60 fps exterior and interior. im using all hd texture and ultra trees. thank you. I almost forgot, i would like to add lexy discord server on my discord, if its even possible. im new to discord, just dont know how to add servers, it ask for link, but i dont have the link. If its possible i would like to have your link Lexy. Thank you.
