Check CACO is activated.

 

I have never had an issue with PapyrusUtil and inn rooms cost CTD on me.

CACO was activated when I did the merge and it is activated in the main profile.

 

Not that it matters because SSE auto-updated and I'll have to wait for this to reach that level.

Make sure that the World Encounters Merged patch is loaded below all of it's masters, when I updated my World Encounters Merged Patch I had to move it down below CACO as that was now a master of that plugin.

Just make sure it's loaded after all it's masters, for me that was just after CACO but it could be different for you.  If you run LOOT it should do this automatically.   Another thing to check for is if the masters are in the order the plugin expects them to be.  If they are not then in Wrye Bash they will show up with an orange checkmark (instead of green).  This can be fixed by loading said plugin in SSEEdit and right clicking on it and selecting Sort Masters.

Hey,

 

I was think about adding Sky Tweak to load order to adjust a coupe of things. Does anyone know if it will break or conflict with any mod in the guide. I tried my best to do research but I just want to double check. And if I can use it, where should I place it? Like always I appreciate the advice/suggestions.

Just wanted to put this out there since despite my own incompetence finally got it up and running.

 

Thanks for this Guide. Fantastic. 10/10. Half the fun was getting it up and running and 100% of it is playing it. That's a whopping 150% of fun i'm currently having. Absolute Blast.

Although i had to diverge (cause i was getting freezes) a bit by removing wet and cold,claralux and switching to light version of enhanced blood textures ..and cleaning the files that had them as masters following the instructions here.One of those 3 was apparently the cause because now its pretty stable so far 20ish hours in .Although i ll never know why i was getting those freezes when people here running the guide dont :(

So I had put the metadata from lanscape fixes for grass mods merged into lanscape fixes for grass mods. Corrected that and now no more cyclic interactions.

 

Turned out to be a user related error. Sorry about that.

 

Loot did say that Immersive citizens AI overhaul.esp is incompatible with Dawnstar.esp and that Relationship dialoguq overhaul.esp is incompatible with amazingfollowertweaks.esp.

 

Is this to be expected and ignored? I am right now at the xlodgen step of the finish line. When I launch it it thinks for a bit then a window pops up and closes then Slodgen stops doing what it's doing and I'm back to MO2. My path to the executable is correct (E:\Modding Utilities\xLODGEN\xLODGenx64.exe) and my argument is as follows -sse -o:E:\Modding Utilities\xLODGEN\SSELODGen_Output. SSE-terrain-Tamriel is checked.

 

Any hints ? :)

Anytime you see 'delinquent' masters, this means that the Master File is being loaded AFTER the one that needs it - a big no-no. LOOT is your go-to tool for getting these kind of things fixed.

The errors with ICAIO are expected and can be ignored. As to the LODGen problem, the -sse tag is correct, but I think your -o arguement may not be entered correctly... pretty sure that there are supposed to be some " in there at the beginning and end of the file path. GO back to the Prerequisites page and verify you've entered it in right - once that's been confirmed and we know that it's good, we'll have a place to start from.

OK, I'm about to head off to classes for a bit, but here's two things to try while I'm gone:

 

A) Remove the -o argument completely. That is only used to designate an output path, and if you have it going into xLODGen's main folder (which is what it looks like to me), that's where it defaults to anyhow. 

 

B) If the above doesn't change the result, I'd look at downloading and reinstalling. Nothing obvious is jumping out at me, so that is likely to be the next step in this case.

I am playing a bard-focused build. I’m level 29 and using a Flame Cloak spell from Jzargo’s scrolls for the first time. I have Inigo, Sofia and Dagrilon (from Interesting NPCs) as followers. When I use the Flame Cloak scroll Inigo and Sofia take damage. Inigo actually starts attacking me. I have Friendly Fire setting disabled and they haven’t been taken damage from other spells.

 

Any idea what is going on?

Friendly Fire setting won't affect Ingo or Sofia since they run on the own Follower Framework and the vanilla one so setting from iAFT won't affect them.
