Lexy's: Legacy of The Dragonborn Special Edition

Recommended Posts

So this is a silly/dumb question but its been bugging me for a bit. If we don't want to use the optional mods (specifically the survival mods) is the suggestion to just not install them and fix any issues that arise from that, or to install them and then disable the unwanted content in the MCM?

normally Classic Classes will popup when you activate Frostfall cos it takes off your clothes and puts the back on thus triggering the CC menu that is why I recommend waiting to activate Frostfall until you have spawned to the world and after you have sorted CC.

I am going bananas here :)

I cannot find classic classes and birthsigns in my loadorder, nor in my left panel and when I search the guide it is nowhere to be found there either. Has it been removed or am I utterly blind? :)

Thx

Hello guys, I've got a strange issue with the lights. I'm following the Lexy's guide and after I've completed step 27 and 28 I wanted to test out how the game runs, here are the screenshots:

and  after I made 1 step to the right:   https://imgur.com/a/EDX7vty when I move back to the left it gets back to normal . Is it gonna be fixed later or I've fked something up ( nearly impossible - religiously following the guide ).

I've disable every single mode to find out what causes the problem and just left elfx ussep and alternate start - still the same issue. Then deleted enb - still same and finally i changed to vanilla skyrim se profile - no change. I don't know what causes the problem, I feel overwhelmed guys :(

the Alternate Start Cell has always had that issue it magnified by ELFX I think It due to too many light sources it actually an engine bug.

Managed to get it starting by running everything again from relinker and onwards... However, noticed that some of my merged esps are included in the Bashed batch now and not selected in the plugin list. Should I reselect all plugins after running Wrye bash or leave them â€bashedâ€?

Leave them in the Bashed Patch. That's what it's there for. If you aren't specifically directed to do something, chances are you aren't supposed to.

Either solution works, but the later one might be easier for reasons of Conflict Resolution. If you remove them completely, you will have to ensure that all patches that go with them are also removed. This might (and here, I'm thinking more likely not, but...) also impact the larger CR patches that Lexys provides as well. If you want to go through all the files to deal with any possible resulting issues, then go on ahead. Otherwise, just turn them off/don't use them. Really, the only three involved are Campfire/Frostfall/iNeed. Campfire doesn't really affect anything, so nothing to shut off, Frostfall won't turn on unless you tell it to, and iNeed can be turned off with one menu selection. Far easier than running through all the files.

Okay well i fixed my problem lol, turns out i mispelled the architecture folder for the statues wrong, how embaressing. dyndolod is working now :).

'Misspelled' and 'embarrassing' as well. :P Glad to hear it was something simple - I was about certain it was something to do with anything but DynDOLOD, as if that had been the problem, your issue would have been reported more. Have fun in Winterhold... in the blizzards... with the sabrecats.

Ah! It does not activate in game and cannot find the esp anywhere so then I must have missed it. In your opinion, is it possible to reinstall omega without creating havoc with merges etc?

You'll likely have to redo some of the merges, but MOST should be fine. If the classic classes isn't there, a reinstall of OMEGA is really the only way to fix that, though.

As a general rule, don't worry about visual errors in-game until after the full guide is completed. If you get to the end and it's still horked, THEN worry. That said, Lexy pretty much covered the answer in this case, so I'll leave it at that.

Just as an FYI since I uh.. am *cough* rerunning through the guide since i'm bad at this. Looks like Experience has been hidden by the author for reasons: Updating.

Well, if it's updating, I wouldn't worry too much - wait a day or two (or an hour or two) and check back. There's no ESP file involved in this one, so it's safe to add in later, and if Lexy updates the INI file in response, again this can be done mid-game. Regardless, no worries.

So Dragon Bridge metadata says it loads after Landscape Fixes For Grass Patches Merged.

The metadata that says so is light gray and can't be deleted using the edit metadata button.

Anyone knows how to edit that metadata in any other way?

Thanks.

Last I recall, you said that it MIGHT create a cyclic. Is it actually creating one, or have you tried this yet? Pretty sure that if it was, Lexy would have addressed it already.
