in  future installments of S.T.E.P maybe or any consideratrions for like moonlight tales or stuff like that!

The main STEP guide focuses on changes that remain fairly close to vanilla. You might want to look at the STEP guides and packs on the site which can include mods that aren't necessarily as close to vanilla. For example, look at the SRLE Extended LOTD and SRLE LOTD Reqtified guides which include some of the mods you mentioned.
