Neovalen Posted June 26, 2014 Author Posted June 26, 2014 I already posted this in the guide but I'm going to post it here also just to make sure everyone gets it. Warning: Due to a bug in Mod Organizer 1.2.6 temporarily do the following:1) Uncheck ALL of the optimized vanilla texture mods.2) Reinstall the unofficial patches with the BSA extractor disabled to leave the BSA intact. Verify they are checked in the BSA tab.DO NOT REMAIN AT MO 1.2.5 AS IT IS MORE SERIOUSLY BUGGED These problems should be resolved in MO 1.2.7 then we can go back to business as usual.
DanielCoffey Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Do we re-tick the optimized textures after installing the Unofficial patches as BSAs or leave them unticked till 1.2.7?

Neovalen Posted June 26, 2014 Author Posted June 26, 2014 If you leave only UHRP extracted you can keep HRDLC optimized. The really important stuff is the stuff interleaved with the other "real" dlcs. 1
cstarkey42 Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 I've just been testing my set up and updating mods so do I need to worry if I had used 1.2.5 and 1.2.6, with the optimized folders clicked, for a few runs before I knew it was such a problem? Does it create a problem with the integrity of the folders or is it that it creates a problem with the save game? Thanks.
Neovalen Posted June 26, 2014 Author Posted June 26, 2014 Specifically regarding the textures: no issue. It was simply going to be visual glitches. Textures do not have a savegame impact.
ipmlj Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 (edited) Omg man, thank you for adding the link to your SR Conflict Resolution.esp! I just updated my build (from 24 May to current) and am really glad there's a link to that file now. I wasn't able to DL the new version of MO, in fact I'm still on 1.1.2, hopefully thats not an issue. With all the issues being posted about 1.2.6, I'm holding out for a bit before updating MO. cstarkey42 Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Hey Neo I finally bit the bullet and just downloaded (you're too fast for me to try and keep up with the edits on my own anymore ) your SR Conflict Resolution.esp and was editing it to make it compatible with Fantasy Soundtrack Project when I noticed that most of the ELE edits contained two errors, the LTMP - Lighting Template and the XCIM - Image Space records. I'm not sure if this is just due to a problem in my set up but I wanted to give you a heads up in case it's the file I downloaded. Also, I think I've decided to drop the Argonian Feet mod and noticed that you didn't have it anymore in your guide either. I was wondering if that was due to the conflicts and if you are thinking about adding it in the future. If you're going to add it again I'll probably keep it and just follow your guide's edits when you do add it. There does seem to be a lot of conflicts with it, however, so I'll definitely lose it if that's what you recommend. Finally, I've been testing a lot of merged patches and have a few that seem to be working extremely well that I thought you might be interested in. This link has a lot that are outside of your guide but there are a few, such as ELFX and No snow on the roof, that seem to work really well when they're merged and given the same name as the master (like I learned from other mods by following your guide). If you're interested I have them here:https://pastebin.com/5aaADCPd Thanks. 1
Astakos Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 Hi cstarkey42, Have you unticked "Renumber FormIDs" while merging all the ELE esps? If yes, try not to untick this option and check again. Unless you are talking abt other sort of "errors" that I did not understand. @ Neo: I think this one should be added to CR: Skyrim.esm Cell Block 6 Sub-Block 7 00015230 <PinepeakCavern01> Thanks!
cstarkey42 Posted June 27, 2014 Posted June 27, 2014 @Astokos Thanks, I'll give that a try. I've gotten into the habit of unticking it for merging patches and combining mods with it's patches and leaving it ticked for combining different mods but that could certainly be where I went wrong. The errors were in the conflict resolution patch so it didn't even occur to me that the problem was how I merged ele but that could be it. Thanks for the suggestion.

The suggestion to renumber or not to renumber is in the guide, follow that and it shouldn't be an issue. :) On 6/27/2014 at 8:00 PM, Astakos said: @ Neo: I think this one should be added to CR: Skyrim.esm Cell Block 6 Sub-Block 7 00015230 Thanks! Will investigate and adjust as needed, thanks for the report.Edit: Updated. I don't expect it will take long to get to 1.2.7.
cybexgames Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 (edited) @Neo, When I compared my SR Conflict Resolution.esp to yours that I just downloaded, I found the following edits in yours: Block 6 > Sub-Block 7 > 00015230 PinepeakCavern01 LTMP - Lighting Template [REFR:8C02D634] (places RoomMarker [sTAT:0000001F] in GRUP Cell Persistent Children of DLC1DawnguardHQ01 "Fort Dawnguard" [CELL:03001DBA]) XCIM - Image Space JZDG_Int_Sun_LT [LGTM:8C02D636] These do not appear in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch.esp. Also, I think there might be a typo as I think you meant to use the XEZN - Encounter Zone instead of the XCCM - Sky/Weather from Region Edited June 28, 2014 by cybexgames
