When to re-run DynDOLOD?

I just installed the latest USLEEP and update to the STEP Compilation + Patches (2.2.9.2m) and I'm wondering whether I need to re-run the DynDOLOD processes to regenerate its data?

If so, is this something that needs to be done with every update?

No. You only need to run it if you add mods that have lod textures.
