Looks like it adds a good amount of new sounds for dragons to make, be it their wings, breathing, and roars. A few of them sound like things already in Skyrim but it's been a while so I can't tell whether they were added in or touched up to match the others. Feels like to me that it makes them sound more bestial, I suppose I would use that word, which is sometimes at odds with me because it's funny to picture something that can talk and hold deep conversations and then roar and scream. Regardless, it looks good.
