Need help creating DynDOLOD worlds

when i try to create DynDOLOD worlds i get a message that LODGen.exe could not be found.

 

Where can i find this file?

 

ps. i have attached th output from tes5edit.

Not sure where you downloaded tes5edit, because lodgen should be included.
