  1. I'll take a closer look at claralux in xedit then. I do like its lamp posts
  2. Your lighting changes have me wondering if I should switch over to RLS Interiors and ICROL (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68454/?)
  3. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/58555/? Bard Instrumentals Only - Sing Upon Request by fadingsignal Stops the bards from singing unless you ask them to. I keep forgetting this on my installs...
  4. Yes that happens if its raining/wrong time of day - the other npc in the pair is probably walking to the xmarker as you run by though. Not sure if its a vanilla bug or a wet & cold "go home" thing.
  5. Yeah I'll wait and see what you do with the update and cherry-pick if I like the alterations. If I do that I'll probably swap out the tree setup too.
  6. No I didn't run relinker - didn't think it was necessary since it mentioned scripts, I'll go ahead and follow the instructions for that now. Figured this was a user error issue :D I'll wait on the guide update before redoing trees. That said I do like the existing setup so I may wait on swapping around until the next time I zap and clean install my mod setup.
  7. Can't edit previous post - here's a pastebin of the dyndolod log: https://pastebin.com/WXFHZF1V
  8. Just got done installing/patching my mashup of SRLE, Extended and Reqtified and I'm seeing magially appearing trees. Trees are fine within the standard 5 cell radius of skyrim - but are invisible in the dydnolod dynamic lod cells. I'm assuming user error at this point and am about to re-run dyndolod with trees set to static lod, but does anyone have any ideas why I might be missing billboards in dyndo? Thanks!
  9. Give it time - Nexus alerts are telling me cloudedtruth is uploading files to it.
  10. Tony's Optimised textures are superior to the HRDLC - I would install those and not the hrdlc. Get them at https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57353/?
  11. Did you use the pre-made patch or did you follow the guide to make your own?
  12. I would delete the "cell" and "worldspace" sections from the conflict patch and re-do them with dark dungeons active instead of ELE. Also if things are still too dark with ELFX you could swap in full Relighting Skyrim instead.
  13. UNP itself isn't skimpy and with the exception of the troublemaker outfits the armour mods in SRLE aren't either. The semiskimpy mod listed offers a lore friendly option as well. Merge plugins will occasionaly have "access violation errors". Best thing to do is to run one merge at a time. If you get the error - kill merge plugins in task manager, delete the failed merge and do it again. As for things being dark, you could replace Enhanced lighting for enb with dark dungeons for enb from https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12454/? its nowhere near as dark then with ELFX and Vividian ENB - also less patching than ELE.
  14. If the forums are running on mysql you probably don't want long threads unless you have a dedicated db cluster with lots of ram caching going on. It's not the MySQL is bad, just that most web based forums aren't written with optimal DB querying.
  15. Ludicidy SFX updated to 1m - its merged the optional files in to the main folder path now. To not use the Lucidty spell sounds simply set the esp to optional in MO or delete it. More details at the top of the lucidty description page.
  16. If you are using an ENB then ENB will add to startup time as it compiles its shaders and what not. Otherwise no clue.
  17. patches? no. Merges? Maybe.
  18. G&S don't work with Night Eye - in general though I'll adapt my install to the ENB as needed. I just find the vanilla interior fog levels lead to a washed out appearance when running with the enb presets i've tried.
  19. Pick one to follow. For the duplicated mods - these are usually re-installed with different options.
  20. I use revamped for exterior fog if not using vivid weather or vivid clouds & fogs and remove interior fog 2 with dark dungeons for interiors if not using ELE. Anyway I tried Kountervibe, looks good but FPS was between 20 and 30FPS outdoors running a loop from the abandonded prison, across the whiterun tundra, then back via falkreath, helgen and riften. Bleak ENB and Vividian both manage >30fps most of the time with occasional dips down to 25 in falkreath. I didn't tweak all I could with kountervibe, but I did kill all the supersampling/antialiasing.
  21. Incidentally I have a Dark Dungeons & Remove Interior Fog patch and pre-made merge over at https://raindrops.purpledaydreams.com/skyrim/patches/ if you want it for the guide. I'll give Kountervibe a poke - it was already on my hdd I just never got around to looking at it :D
  22. How heavy is Kountervibe compared to Vividian/Vivid Weathers? I'm limited in ENB choice as very few work well with night eye effects from better vampires/vampiric thirst.
  23. Heh, I plugged the trees/grass from reqtified in to my srle base - at 1440p with an enb on a gtx980 I get down to 25fps sometimes :D Does look damn sexy though! Not sold on Verdant, may switch back to SFO grass (its the most botanically correct and least performance impacting grass) but I'll give it an extended shake.
  24. You didn't replace the file. Do so and the error will go away.
