Ok guys Ruins Clutter improved has been reinstalled and pushed up the left pane take note of the special instructions from RUSTIC ALCHEMY and ENCHANTING TABLES and remove LeanWolf's Improved Enchanter Candle Meshes. Edit: can i as did you just select everything from the fomod and install before SMIM thus allowing Ruins clutter improved to overwrite Vivid weathers?

OK I have now seen the black candle issue in my own game it mostly on the candles in chandlers no wonder i missed that wasn't looking there had to TCL up there to see it. So I guess the solution is to do as you say drop leanwolfs enchanter meshes, hide the rustic candle texture and install the full RCI candles suite.

OK I Have been looking everywhere am not actually seeing any issue in my own game so until I do I am inclined to leave it alone for now but can you give me some exact locations in game so I can go and have a deeper look. I do try my best to help but I can't test everything I am a busy Lady. I actually do rely on you guys to do your testing and troubleshooting but if i can't see the problem my end then I can't fix it.

the RDO is actually more to stop the MCM going all screwy so you deactivate the main mod post merge. the Aetherial Crown I believe is a false positive just tell Merge Plugins to ignore the error. Again I have not had report that actually doing causes issues.

Ok now I have had some sleep a I am not as Ratty I have question for you LordOfLA Let's say you are correct and the black candle issue has nothing to do with Ruins Clutter Improved and is in fact to do with SMIM and Rustic. That would mean this issue should of been present ever since August and yet no one has mentioned it before now. Then why now I have included Ruins Clutter Improved is it presenting itself even thou we don't select any of the Candle options from the FOMOD? another thing to test is drop Ruin Clutter improved is the issue still there?

OK I have looked at various lanterns in various places all over the game and cannot see the problem you describe my end so until I do I am dropping this. For the record I wasn't calling you dumb I am just a bit tired and ratty and With that I am out of here.

pay attention to this: Special Installation:Do not install the following file(s) and/or folder(s): textures/tos_* foldersWeathered Road Signs Readme.txtWeathered Road Signs.esp (Prefer Point the Way) so the Weathered Road Sign.eps is NOT being used we are only using some textures from that mod.

we're not using the esp from the mod that requires that patch so you don't need it

I am not seeing any issues with candles my end probably cos i am not using candles from Ruins clutter Improved. I have triple checked and I am wrong RUSTIC ALCHEMY and ENCHANTING TABLES does overwrite candles from SMIM but they look OK to me maybe that's your issue. the meshes should still be coming from SMIM there no patch called Blowing in the Wind - Weathered Road Sign Patch you sure this isn't a extra mod you have installed?

Well Yes I do have plans to eventually switch to SSE but not until SKSE is out of Alpha, we have a better and more stable Mod Manager cos NMM is a hell no, MO2 is unstable (I have yet to get it to work) and Wrye Bash is for more advance users and all the nonsense from the release of the creation club settle down. I am also waiting to see what Vortex is like before I finally jump ship but it will eventually happen. I might make a google to start looking at what already out there. OK I'll take a look but we might nee to wait until Vividain is updated (depend on what actually changed).

Sorry but I don't want to do that cos maintaining a CR changelog will be as big as a pain in the ass as maintaining the CR subguide was it is a hell of lot of work (It actually drove Darth insane and he burnt out). I provide a separate update file that contains only the updated records for those like yourself that want that. Now I have no objections to anyone else that wishes to resurrect the old CR Subguide it could do with a major overhaul but I wont be doing it and I doubt Nozzer will either. If anyone really want to undertake said mammoth mind numbing task contact me via PM.

Maybe but I would still need to provide a updated LOTD Patches Merge and check the CR which at this stage is not worth it. Maybe I'll think about adding to an SSE build when the time for that.
