Also, what's the best way to remove incomplete downloads from MO? Whenever I close launch Skyrim MO tells me there are mods still downloading. There aren't, just incmplete ones that I re-downloaded. I don't see any sort of Refesh option. There are many tiny (KB) META files for the mods I have downloaded, that appear in the MO>Downloads folder. Can I deelte these?

I clcked "Name" for the Downloads view, and now want to revert back to Done/the view that shows the downloads by order of download date. The "Done" and "Filetime" views don't seem to be doing this. I no longer see the most recent downloads at the top or bottom of the downloads list, so it's difficult to find them in the list. Any advice?

Dawnguard and Dragonborn default placement in MO

As the screenshot shows, I notice that MO keeps placing these two mods near the bottom of the priority list. Are they okay appearing here? Thanks. -
SkyUI Error Code 5: Incompatible menu file (map.swf)
peppergomez replied to peppergomez's question in General Skyrim LE Support
I reinstalled the full quality world map mod using MO v1.2.5 and the install went fine. But I am still getting this error when I install. Note that the map is there and operable, just that this message appears on top of it, and I have to close it to use the map. Any suggestions? SkyUI Error Code 5: Incompatible menu file (map.swf) -

SkyUI Error Code 5: Incompatible menu file (map.swf)
peppergomez posted a question in General Skyrim LE Support
"Please make sure you installed everything correctly and no other mod has overwritten this file. Etc..." I get this message when I open my map. I am using the STEP core install and followed the STEP instructions for the quality world map mod: Users: For whatever reason, installer doesn't seem to work properly when installing from MO (all .dds files have zero size). To install it properly under MO, the following is recommended:repackage .7z archive, removing all top-level folders, except for "Map Standard Main Roads - HiRes"install re-packaged archive into MO So I only have the "Map Standard Main Roads - HiRes" folder in a RAR file that I installed within MO. Any suggestions? Thanks. -

ACCEPTED Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM (by Brumbek)

STEP instruction page mentions instructions are current up to version 1.68. I see the mod is now at 1.72. Can I install that one as part of my STEP install, and if so, are there any things I need to do that aren't in the instructions, or any instructions I shouldn't follow? Instructions on the STEP page are as follows: [spoiler=Instructions on STEP]From the SMIM v1-68 file, choose the Custom install option on the first window, and install ALL options EXCEPT Lanterns and Xtra Options - Ultra-Sized Textures Addon (due to these being a massive texture size increase). "BCF Missing" when I attempt to install
peppergomez replied to peppergomez's question in Mod Organizer Support
OK thanks. I have installed Wrye Bash, but I don't use it for downloading and installing mods. IF those two files are for users who intend to install the Dawnguard patch in Wrye Bash, a note to that effect would be helpful in the STEP page. Thanks. -
CRC error when installing SkyFalls and SkyMills in MO

The installation bar got to 99% upon installation and then gave me a CRC error message. I followed the STEP instructions to the letter. Any ideas? Thanks. -
Mod Organizer Spotty Downloading, Won't Log In

In the STEP instructions for Skill Interface, these two files are linked to: BCF Available (Dawnguard patch), BCF Available When I attempt to install either I get "No Game Data on Top Level" no matter what file in the mod I choose to set as the data directory (BCF-Missing or BCF.dat) So basically, there doesn't seem to be a way to install either via MO. I gave up and just downloaded the main Skill Interface file V6 and the Dawnguard Skill Interface Re-Texture - Version 5.0 and then chose the Vampire option. Will that work? Also, after doing that, I notice that the Dawnguard Skill Interface ReTexture mod shows as gray italicized text in the left pane of MO (it comes after the Skill Interface Re-Texture mod). Is that an indication of any sort of problem? Thanks.

OK you are welcome. But I don't think it's possible to install the guard dialog overhaul patch because it is no longer an individual file anywhere in the mod. Also, do I want to install Improved ClosedHelmets Combo, or Improved ClosedHelmets Combo Plus? Each one is named Improved Closefaced Helmets Legendary.esp but is a different size

STEP instructions might need to revisit the install procedures for the Weapon and Armour Fixes mod. STEP instructions: Download and install the following: "Weapons and Armor Fixes - COMPLETE PLUS""Compatibility Patch - Guard Dialogue Overhaul" - select the COMPLETE PLUS or TRUE WEAPONS option only"Improved Closefaced Helmets -- WAF and CCF Compatible Versions" - ONLY "Improved Closefaced Helmets_Legendary.esp" is needed (see explanation). However, don't enable "Improved Closefaced Helmets_Legendary.esp" until the actual Improved Closefaced Helmets mod is installed in section 2.I, or you'll get guards walking around without helmets. The newest 5.0 of Complete Plus is bundled Weapon and Armor Fixes Remade (all-in-one installer) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/34093/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D34093&pUp=1 More importantly, the guard dialog overhaul patch seems no longer available as an individual patches/file. From the WAF read me: " 6) aMidianborn Skyforge Weapons ------------------------------- If you are using aMidianborn Skyforge Weapons.esp, then copy the patch file located in the "15 Patch ambSkyforge" folder into your data folder. Make sure this file is loaded after both aMidianborn Skyforge Weapons.esp and Weapons & Armor Fixes_Remade.esp You DO NOT need this file if you are using the aMidianborn Content Addon file. This patch also includes changes from the Unofficial Patch, Guard Dialogue Overhaul, and Even Better Quest Objectives., so it can be used in place of separate patches for those mods." Not sure if Closefaced helmets has changed. Info from the read me: 8) Improved Closefaced Helmets ------------------------------ PLEASE NOTE: These are replacement files, not patch files, so they will take the place of, or overwrite, the original plugin files downloaded from the Improved Closefaced Helmets mod page. **You MUST first install Improved Closefaced Helmets, since none of the meshes are included here.** In the "17 Patch ICH" file, choose from: ICH Combo - **Requires DAWNGUARD AND DRAGONBORN** Use this file if you have both DLCs and are using the "WAF Complete" or "WAF Complete Plus" file. This file combines the Full Set, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn files into a single plugin. This file should be used in place of any .esp files from the original ICH mod. You should NOT install any of the other ICH files provided here; use this file on its own. ICH Combo Plus - **Requires DAWNGUARD AND DRAGONBORN** Use this file if you have both DLCs and are using the "WAF Complete" or "WAF Complete Plus" file. This file combines the Full Set, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn into a single plugin. This file also includes changes if using the Imperial-No Cloth Around Neck option. This file should be used in place of any .esp files from the original ICH mod. You should NOT install any of the other ICH files provided here; use this file on its own. ICH Main - no DLC Requirement This is a replacement file for the FULL SET file from ICH. Use this file in place of the original imp_helm.esp file. ICH DG - **Requires DAWNGUARD** This is a replacement file for the Dawnguard add-on file from ICH. Use this file in place of the original imp_helm_dawn.esp file. ICH DB - **Requires DRAGONBORN** This is a replacement file for the Dragonborn add-on file from ICH. Use this file in place of the original imp_help_dbrn.esp file. "
