Got that installed it. Lots of people patching for Requiem now it seems. There are a few more recent one s out now. I will update some of the new ones I've seen later, after I have slept and then checked they are not already here. :)

Probably a simple answer to this, but somehow MO stopped allowing me to drag and drop mods in the left hand pane to sort the order, have to set the priority manually each time. It's annoying but do not know how I have managed to achieve it. Have the latest version installed hoped doing that would remove the problem. Any clues would be a boon. :)

SKYRIMLE Apocalypse Spell Package (by Enai Siaion)
Smile44 replied to ivactheseeker's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Good call, I have it installed with requiem, waiting on some other patches to try it though. :) -
I have a profile all set up that is just waiting for those patches to complete it. Fantastic response from both of them. :)

I can confirm that it works fine with SR:LE latest version. Installed it all on Wednesday and played for a couple of hours in and out no worries except low FPS (20) occasionally. :) Edit: Oh this was with Ugrids 7, didn't seem to notice any cell loading going on ahead of me, partly due to the DOF from unreal I expect, not sure if I need anything higher.
-
The former, SR is not supported and you may well go through a lot of work with some headaches and problems due to mods being updated. SR:LE is coming along quickly now, and Azirok has been in contact with Kryptopyr about CCO, he already made patches for the clothing and armor mods and has nearly completed a patch for CCO. I would install SR:LE as it is now then install the Requiem Pack adding in Azirok's patches for Falskaar, Wyrmstooth, SIC, RND, Clothing fixes, weapon and armor fixes. I would be extre, mely surprised if the CCO mod is not up and ready during the weekend. This has all happened very quickly. I doubt there will be much need to add more mods into that set up. If there are particular mods you are interested in then list them here and I will get back to you about what you made need to do with them in this build. :)

Skyrim Revisited Pre-Release Feedback

Thanks, Yeah I like SPERG, but it works differently I wondered if there might be others that work along the lines of SSR (I doubt Kryptopyr is planning on doing the other trees any time soon). :) -

Stick the originals back into data, renaming them as suggested. Place the cleaned ones into a new folder named something like "Cleaned ESMs" then put that folder into your mods folder. Last part is just to keep your overwrite folder clean. :) -

Just re-installed SR:LE into a clean mods folder. I had most of the downloads, but otherwise a new install. Took 6 and half hours including the patch. Played for a couple of hours no problems and this was with ugrids set to 7 which seems fine with dof. Only minor problem was the fps dipped somewhat from what I am used to not to an unplayable level, above 20 most of the time. All textures are as they should be according to the guide. Now to add some gameplay mods. I am thinking of using Stealth Skills rebalanced and smithing perks overhaul does anyone have any suggestions for the other perk trees? I could use ACE but maybe some others have been working well. :) -
Seems good, you may need to reinstall those mods whose esp files were not installed due to CCO covering them, this is mainly Improved Closefaced Helmets I think. :)

ACCEPTED Complete Crafting Overhaul Remade (by kryptopyr)
Smile44 replied to statmonster's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
One could try loading it before requiem, I know the other fixes mods don't cause a problem because of the way Requiem works, but anything that affects crafting may have problems precisely what I can't say as I am rebuilding at present. :) -
Yeah but Requiem works great on top of SR:LE just a problem with CCO. I have had hours of uninterrupted fun using just that. What Requiem does far exceeds what you lose in non modularity. That said I'm thinking of trying a version of SR:LE that has most of Kryp's other mods. Trying to find alternative perks for those not addressed by Kryp. Adding in ROTE, and HLE as well as population increasing mods DD and Duel and possibly SoT. With the new memory fix it may well be possible to avoid those random cross cell ctds. That said I doubt it would be as good as Requiem even though. Still I'm a long way from that having cleared out my mods folder in MO (had over 750 mods in there including different versions for different profiles). Still have all the mods copied into my main HDD but still nearly 100GB off my SSD. :)

Right now SR:LE has some mods with major incompatibilities mainly CCO. It is hopeful that a patch will be made which will fix that, but until then stick with STEP. Or of course don't add CCO into SR:LE and leave any CCO adjustments out of the big SR Compatibility Patch in the guide. That would give you the best of both worlds so go for that, well worth it at the end. :)

You should be able to handle extended fine, just make sure that you use the lower resolution texture options. You can install the Weather and lighting pack on top of that but probably best to leave the ENB section off as your card may struggle. You can also add in the survival pack. This will give you everything but SkyRe. For that install the VEGA basic pack and you should be good to go. That said I would only install STEP CORE for now as it has all the main mods you need to fix up Skyrim and improve it's look. Add in any mods from Extended that you really want, that is up to you. Install it right and it all works nicely together. :) P.S. When half the world is asleep and the other at work or in lectures people do not always get time to post.

SR and SR:LE hybrid installation [Solved]
Smile44 replied to Tadtadtad's question in Guide Support & Bug Reports (retired)
Hi, as so many of the mods in SR are now out of date, many of the patches will be too. I would just go for SR: LE. There are many mods in the old SR which probably are no longer necessary but then again SR: LE is still being finished, but it is up to date and given some of the new mods and changes coming out it would be better to use a guide that is currently being updated. :) P.S. it works a treat as is. -
SKYRIMLE Skyrim Memory Patch - fixing ILS, uGrids CTD, freezes!
Smile44 replied to Aminados's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
It is good news that's for sure. :) -
This is explained in the guide but the gist is open TES5Edit with all plugins enabled. Add the first Form ID number in the top left hand box and hit return. Then in the right hand pane right click on the mod that the instructions say to use, then select copy as override, click the green yes button then select new file in the drop down menu and then label it "SR Conflict Resolution" and then click ok, follow instructions for that Form ID. That's it job done now when you enter the next form ID you will select this new ESP instead of new file each time and in this way you slowly but surely build your patch. :)

SKYRIMLE Skyrim Memory Patch - fixing ILS, uGrids CTD, freezes!
Smile44 replied to Aminados's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
Dude there is already a discussion about this and it is located just above this post in a section Called Important Threads. I get the enthusiasm because this is an amazing development but one should take a moment to check that you are not repeating an already existing thread just to avoid that slight egg on face feeling. :) -
DROPPED aMidianBorn Farmhouse (by CaBaL)

Nord Thatching crew mod anyone. I had not noticed that in game roofs look great, are Nords proud of their home? Given the climate I would think that most home owners would take care of their home themselves, especially the roof after all it isn't modern times when no one has any old style crafting skills. Just a thought. :) -

Smile44 replied to rootsrat's topic in Skyrim LE Mods
In game these textures look great - no question (subjectivity aside). The artwork on vanilla was always fairly good but was never properly realised which is why SRO's larger vanilla files looked so good. This is another take, artwork is up there with original ideas but it also different, better and more coherent. Game is at least as stable with these as without in that they are clean and fit pretty seamlessly into the game IMHO. :) -

It can get like that, many people here spend more time modding than playing - but it is towards a noble end. :)

I can't swear to it but everything I have read suggests after, Textures need to follow meshes and parallax meshes I would have thought. :)
