  2. What is your experience with iNeed? I'm thinking of using it instead of realistic needs and diseases since it has less conflicts but have no time to try for myself. I now its simpler than RND but in what way? And is it better in any aspect?
  3. Sorry, no idea. Shouldn't happen with any of our mods. Garfink is the one testing the game atm, he might have an answer for you. He'll be back tomorrow. Do you also use REGS?
  4. Vanilla carry weight is 300 so recommended is 200. I am not at my computer to check in game SkyTweak settings atm but recommended health regen -100% (that means health regen disabled, you have to use magick and potions to heal) and magicka regen -50%. Ok checking SkyTweak online, you have to cut MagickaRate in half and HealRate to 0. This is Nicopads settings and inspired by requiem and may contradict some balancing done by Garfink. His rebalanced skyrim will be added to the guide, probably starting tonight. But reducing regen rates forces you to use potions/magicka/ which is good. Didn't see carry weight in there? The console command to change it is player.setav carryweight 200

Absolutely, thinking about adding some categories: Item distr., economy, population: Morrowloot, scarcity, trade & barter setting from Garfink, ERSO 18, 29, radiance, extended encounters, less gold mod,(optional) Deleveled world: ERSO 8, 9, Enhanced and mighty unleveled dragons. Add discussion about pros and cons with deleveled worldSkills and powers: TTR, SPERG, Kryptopyrs mods, shouts, apocalyptic spells etc, Garfinks SkyRe guide if he wants to write one. Discussion about which skill overhaul to choose. Hard to recommend one since we all prefer different ones. Also removing ACE.Garfinks game rebalancing: HLE, RotE, DD, ASIS, random encountes etc. Point out which mods are compatible with deleveled world.Game settings: Replacing BYOG with SkyTweaks. Uncapper .iniMost patches are already done. Waiting for Garfink to finish testing but he's fast so I'm guessing it'll be very soon.
  7. BYOG is in the powers menu, but I'm thinking about removing this in favour of SkyTweak, which I didn't know about until recently, so you are better of installing that. It should have a MCM menu and no conflicts, just as BYOG.I'm actually thinking about removing ACE altogether, as long as no one uses it?
  8. I'm not at my computer atm but it doesn't really matter since records from RND and radiant needs to be merged. RND changes are in stats and values etc while radiant changes are aesthetic. Choose the one you think is easiest as override and copy changes from the other. An alternative to RND is iNeeds. Haven't looked into it yet but I think it needs less patching.
  9. Nice to read about fellow gamers old enough to remember C64 and Amiga. Started with C64 myself. My nick is an old joke from the mid 90’s where me and my geek friends gave each other aliases. Mine was dreadflopp cause I had dreadlocks and liked floppy disks. Used it as my first hotmail and been using it since, mainly cause its always free wherever you want to register. My avatar is from one of my favourite authors, H P Lovecraft. Been playing Skyrim, oblivion and morrowind on and off for a long time and it's a love/hate relationship. I love the community and how you can mod the game but hate the buggy engine and the poor writing. Really a fan of bioware games though since baldurs gate. But skyrim is the only thing I have play atm. Other than gaming I'm a BIG music nerd and listen to alternative, independent and mainstream rock, pop, electronica, punk, hip hop, metal, spoken word and industrial. Been using STEP a long time, since it was just a PDF and didn't have any official forums. But not posting in the introduce yourself thread until now, which is a little weird...

  12. Since they don't add anything new (new meaning not in master, skyrim.esm) that shouldn't be there, simply removing relev should be enough. Keep names, stats tags. Load WAF before CCOR.

  14. @garfink looked at your loadorder. You should put it in a spoiler, many people dislike loadlists being posted like that☺ I think it looks quite good. You should check in TES5Edit though cause I believe cloaks might overwrite revenge of the enemies/endgame NPC's. You should also check alternate start since it has some conflicts and need a custom patch. If I remember correctly the conflicts are in factions and you should merge those records. Realistic needs and diseases probably has conflicts too with the STEP potions mod.
  15. Had this problem to. Checked the vividian test image from the downloaded archive and it turned out changing the gamma setting of my monitor fixed. This was even though I had calibrated it at lagom. Will spend some money soon on a better monitor.
  16. I made my own ELE (interior) USKP patch using SR:LE and merged all plugins to not have to worry about it anymore. Always deselcts it when doing conflict resolution, otherwise it floods TES5Edit with water height conflicts that means nothing (that I know of). Great work! Downloaded and endorsed!
  17. I have updated the endgame npc - regs patch posted earlier, just redownload the archive. Now immersive college of winterhold no longer takes priority over endgame npcs. This is for testing only, not in the guide yet.
  18. I'll change the patch to let endgame NPC take priority. I'll have a look at your loadorder. It'll be interesting to see if I can make something of it, since you use loot. I'm waiting to take the leap until STEP begins to use it.
  19. For those of you testing garfinks setup, here comes patches for that. Some patches posted earlier are included. The weapons patches posted earlier are probably overwritten by these, I'll have to look at them again since I had already uninstalled them. Here are the order of the patches, load them after the patches from the guide (they can probably be merged, haven't tried yet): High Level Enemies - CCOR patch.espEndgame NPC Overhaul - STEP patch.espEndgame NPC Overhaul - REGS patch.espMorrowloot - Deadly Dragons Patch.espMorrowloot - Endgame NPC patc.espMorrowloot - Revenge of the enemies patch.espRevenge of the enemies - STEP patch.esp and finally, high level enemies - morrowloot patch, whis is special. This last patch must be merged with the merge script with high level nemies sic edition.1. Load high level enemies - morrowloot patch.esp after high level enemies - sic.esp in TES5Edit2. merge the two files.3. Delete (after a backup) high level enemies - sic.esp4. Rename the merged file to high level enemies - sic.esp5. Place it in the original high level enemies mod folderDONE! I'll let Garfink finish his balancing and see if his SkyRe and immersive weapons patches works. Then I'll upload them to and eventually (hopefully in a few days) update the guide. As for Garfinks rebalancing, if you want to test his mods please note that ERSO 9 is not compatible with Endgame NPC's and that High level enemies shouldn't be used with ERSO 8 since it makes enemies level with you in the highest level encounter zones. So either use ERSO 8+ERSO 9 OR High level enemies+Endgame NPC's. I let Immersive College of Winterhold take priority in the patch. If people rather would let Endgame NPC's take priority let me know and I'll change it.
  20. If you chose to install more, yes it should. If you updated MO to the new version, use the NCC downgrade optional for it to work better. I too have had difficulties with the ERSO package but the choices in the guide should work. My advice would be to go through the installer and see what you want and then manually copy all files from the ERSO archive. Deleting the fomod probably works too, haven't tried it.
  21. If you want to find the leak, you should probably find it if you scan through the leveled list in skyrim.esm. but maybe it doesn't matter. I will take a look at the hle patch later. Are you using the latest TES5Edit? Sent you pm btw. Must say you've done an amazing time testing and balancing all this.
  22. CCOR doesn't add back anything if relev is removed. Have you tried doing the same for the SkyRe patch you are using?
  23. From what I understand, no patch is needed for CCOR/IA7?
  24. We remove relev delev from ccor for that reason. That way only items not in the master (skyrim.esm) is added. These items are jaysus swords that can be turned of in ccor. So they should be in the leveled list and removing relev delev from ccor is enough (probably only removing relev should be enough).
