  1. That looks correct. I haven't used empowered magic but if it alters the magic perks (which it probably does, check it's description) you should skip TTR magic.
  2. Set delev, relev. Added to the guide.
  3. Updating the guide to STEP 2.9 compatibility will take a little longer than expected. Not much has changed in the patches though but I need to create a replacement plugin for WAF True orcish and daedric. When that is fixed, which shouldn't take long, I will resort all my mods with LOOT and recheck all patches and create rules. It'll take a few days, a week at most.
  4. The SkyRe part of the guide is maintained by Garfink. He has been offline for a couple of weeks but should return soon. Some SkyRe patches needs to be updated since Weapons and armor fixes, Clothing and clutter fixes and Complete crafting overhaul got updated. Until Garfink returns and updates this part of the guide I wouldn't use it if I wasn't sure what I was doing. I am updating the guide to Step 2.9 and will hopefully finish that today.
  5. Nicopad is the one of us playing with SPERG and CCOR and he hasn't reported any problems. I'll have to investigate this.
  6. Thanks, feedback is appreciated. Since Step supports Loot since 2.9 I will switch to LOOT and update the guide with missing Loot rules. This means I won't make any more Boss rules. Therefore Loot is recommended.
  7. 1. Should work in theory. Might be to much for the computer or game engine to handle. No way to know except trying.2. Install order looks fine. 3. Shouldn't matter much. If a mod is already in Step, like complete crafting overhaul, I'd leave it there. This guide isn't updated to Step 2.9 but will be soon. I don't expect much to change in the patches though.
  8. Haha 😊 No bash tags are required.
  9. Regarding new USKP updates, I'll wait a week to update the patches (if needed), by then hopefully all unofficial patches has been updated and maybe STEP 2.9 is out.
  10. I did a quick check for you, if you do not use TTR's alchemy skill you are fine using the Alchemy mod. It needs a patch for radiant and unique potions, if you use that. Empowered magic is fine if you don't use TTR's magic skills. It needs a small patch for animated weapon enchants. These two patches that are needed is just for showing animated enchants and new potion looks from radiant. If you don't make patches nothing else will happen except you won't have these new looks and animations for some stuff. One of the mods needed a minor weapon and armor fixes patch. Don't remember which and you are probably fine without a patch.
  11. I'll remove the instructions from the guide then. I updated the TTR instructions to merge all plugins you want to use and updated the TTR patches to use this merged plugin as a master. Redownload patches if you use TTR.
  12. The folders being created when optimizing the vanilla+dlc textures conflicts with the original mods that are non-mo mods (the new dlc mods). Posted this in the MO section.https://forum.step-project.com/topic/5376-mods-gets-moved-around-when-restarting-mo/ Question Answer that fixed it
  13. Thanks, that fixed it. This means that the DDSOpt guide needs to be updated. All these cleaned "mods" where made using that guide and the mod names (folder names) comes from that guide. I'll post a link to this in the DDSOpt section.
  14. I'm having an issue with MO 1.29, but I had this issue in previous version(s) too. Whenever I start MO, Dragonborn (the new non-MO mod) gets moved to priority 0 and Dawnguard (non MO) and Dawnguard (which is my optimized Dawnguard textures) gets moved to the bottom of the priority list. All this happens in the left, mod window. I reorder the to how they are supposed to be and check that the new order is saved in modlist.txt but whenever I restart MO (or hit refresh) the mods are moved around again both in MO and modlist.txt. Any ideas?
  15. Sure I use everything except SPERG and improved dragon shouts. Since I use Stealth skills rebalanced and smithing perks overhaul I don't use these skills from TTR. I don't play much though and I'm still at level 1...This is how I intend to play anyway.
  16. Haven't checked the changelog (not at my.computer atm), but I believe these edits are necessary until the next version of Skyrim immersive creatures.
  17. Added to the guide, thanks!
  18. I checked the errors. I don't know what to make of the two morrowloot.esp errors. I think they are ok. The SkyRe_main.esp is a replacement done by Garfink and he has to fix it. I believe entries from another weapon mod he is using somehow got added to his plugin. I'll pm him. The errors in Enchanting Awakened is of the same type as in morrowloot (found a ENCH reference, expected ....). I asume these errors are ok since the mod is working fine to my knowledge. Haven't heard from Garfink in a little while but he will probably be back soon. (a week ago he said he would be back in probably a week)
  19. @IdiotDave i haven't had reports of those problems before, no idea what is happening. I don't play much atm, just patching and keeping the guide up to date. Garfink has a high end computer and Nicopad has a simpler computer (than Garfink has) but neither of them have had these errors. Nicopad have had freezes or CTDs related to too many scripted mods. @thaiusmle thanks, will update. I am currently updating my STEP install to 2.9. I will switch to LOOT as soon as 2.9 is officiall and update the guide and the patches.
  20. I use the new perk tree, the one with the same amount of perks as vanilla. I don't know if you can use it with SkyRe. SkyRe install is quite complicated and needs much patching. These patches might overwrite SPO and lead to issues. Not sure though. If you decide to try, load SPO late.
  21. Updated the patches. Included is some SPERG patches that fixes minor stuff. The unofficial WAF SPERG patch is outdated and a new one needs to be made. Hopefullt SPERG works fine without it. What could happen is that some armor sets don't trigger the matching set perk. Other patches are updated as well and some new one are added.
  22. Thanks for the report. Someone else on the thread reported not being able to merge TTR. Don't know why that happens. I can merge all plugins without renumbering. Make sure your TES5 and merge script are up to date and that your not merging the .esm (I'm sure your not, but sometimes I find myself doing silly stuff like that without even noticing it).
  23. With the new version of WAF, SkyRe patches needs to be updated. Waiting for Garfink to return for that.
  24. Nicopad uses SPERG with most GSRP mods and has no issues. I recently added a section whit Nicopads recommendations. I actually never get time to play the game 😕 but this guide and all awesome help and feedback we get will make sure the game is exactly how I want it to be when I do get time and this is the main reason I'm doing this. I'm going to use all mods in the guide except the encumbrance mod. Professions turned of in professions. For skills and perks I'll use TTR, smithing perks overhaul, Stealth skills rebalanced and enchanting awakened. I'm playing in a levelled world which means I'm skipping ERSO and and enhanced mighty dragons. To save computer power I'm doing a lightweight install of regs. I'm also adding some mods from the weather pack and I'm going to try some follower mods.
  25. Yes remove all other entries in that category. This entry mean that from level 2 you will get 10 health at level up. This works fine with SPERG. SPERG is very compatible and all mods in the pack works with it if not stated otherwise. I'm currently doing TTR patches and when I'm finished with that I will take a look at SPERG again. You can use it anyway, all conflicts are minor and you probably won't notice any difference with or without the patches. What plugins are you trying to merge? Morrowloot.esp and our patch? That is not correct. You merge all patches with each other. I know,it will be fixed shortly ☺ I'll compile all mcm settings into a Google docs document that is easily read from a phone. Unfortunately you have to manually do these settings yourself for every new character, afaik. Glad you like the pack/guide. Thanks!
