  1. Should we keep old (unmerged) mods for future rebuilding this merge? Or this tool can simply add some new mod into existing merge? I.e., can we delete completely separate mods after testing new merged one?
  2. I read somewhere that some mods are not working with extracted archives or working incorrectly. At least I remember that MsJennaBee wrote about it in the discussion of the Expanded Towns and Cities (ETaC) mod. But it was quite a long ago and since those time I never tried to extract ETaC's archives.
  3. Sorry for my English and if it is wrong topic. Just read a discussion about Mod Organizer 2 and BSA support in it. So my question: is it possible to extract all Skyrim native BSA archives, create mod(s) from them and then remove this BSA's from skyrim.ini? Will it work?
  4. Mod Organizer can store savegames for each profile separately. So you will see saves only for this profile. Of course this is useful only when you are using MO and separate profile for each character. Sorry for my English.
  5. Thanks for your work. Is this tool suitable for just users already? (like bashed patch - just a couple of clicks and it's working) Sorry for my English.
  6. Enhanced ENB Night Eye is trying to patch enbeffect.fx and after that it (with it's own ESP) can detect changes when activating night eye. Results may vary with different ENB presets. For example I couldn't set up it on HRK ENB and Aeon ENB. Also some ENB presets have integrated support of this mod. There is also a workaround: you just can assign switching night vision and ENB on/off to the same hotkey. For example in my game goggles from Dwemer Goggles and Scouter mod are switching on by pressing F1 and I also assigned the same hotkey in the enblocal.ini (KeyCombination=0 and KeyUseEffect=112). Of course it's dirty workaround and is suitable only for a limited number of similar mods. Sorry for my English.
  7. This is the most detailed comparison of ENB presets I have seen: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60685/? Includes average/minimum FPS values.
  8. First, sorry for my English. I'm using SkyPretty ENB v2 and like it except too bright interiors. This preset use settings from enbeffect.fx and effect.txt, most settings from enbseries.ini don't affect visual result. I tried to decrease general brightness for interiors in enbeffect.fx (actually in in-game visual editor) and it's working but brightness of light sources are decreasing too. I know that there are too many different ENB presets but may be someone can advice me, how to make interiors darker and preserve bright light sources? This preset uses SweetFX and are designed for ELFX+CoT, but I'm using it with RLO+CoT (but interiors are very bright even with ELFX - it's an author's intention).
  9. Thanks for replies. As I understand this merged patch is not needed actually. And I will try Mator Smash later.
  10. First, sorry for my English. I just read this in the ASIS improved INI-files FAQ: I used merged patches for Fallout 3/Fallout: New Vegas, but never read about this for Skyrim before. I even remember that I tried to create a merged patch about 1,5 years ago and TES5Edit displayed a message, something like "merged patch is not needed for Skyrim, it is for Fallout". What merged patch does besides leveled lists merging? What is the advantage of using merged patch instead of bashed patch or both of them together?
  11. Very interesting and just two animations, no ESPs. This sloooow vanilla get up animation is very annoying. I think that this mod has only one very minor "incompatibility" with RND and same mods: drunken character (when stumbled over) will use that animation too, so it will be quite unrealistic :-)
  12. phazer11, thanks for the reply and pointing me out. It turned out that SFO is nothing to do with it. The culprit is the Unique Grasses. Higher iMinGrassSize is helped but not so much. iMinGrassSize = 20 (recommended value from Unique Grasses mod's page) iMinGrassSize = 40 It seems that there no simple way to get rid of this clipping grass. This is the note from the author: Now I just disabled this mod. Alas, I like this grass...
  13. First sorry for my English. I just installed Skyrim Flora Overhaul and Unique Grasses and Groundcovers. Flora is looking much better and various now. But with one problem: in many places grass is strange, unwanted, for example tall grass in tents, or grass growing through slabs in castle's yard. Is it possible to remove such grass somehow?
  14. With ENB vsync I experienced a highly noticable stutter. Now the only way to get a smooth gameplay for me is enabling both EnableFPSLimiter and WaitBusyRenderer options in enblocal.ini (and disabling EnableVSync). No, I didn't touch these settings since first setup. I noticed that driver vsync stopped working after drivers upgrade, but it still not working even after downgrading them back.
  15. First, sorry for my English. I changed setting for vsync long time ago according to ENB guide and Nvidia guide here: disabled in-game and ENB vsync and enabled vsync and tripple buffering in Nvidia control panel. And I enabled windowed mode in enblocal.ini. All worked fine and smooth. But recently I update Nvidia driver to 344.11 (from 331.82) and noticed typical problems of high FPS in interiors. And yes, vsync is not woking. I reinstalled Nvidia drivers to previous version, but it didn't help. I tried to force vsync with Nvidia Inspector - no effect; tried D3DOverrider, but with it game crashing right after loading savegame. I found in Internet that driver vsync don't work in windowed mode with disabled Aero. But enabling Aero didn't help too. In fullscreen mode driver vsync work as usual. So the next step is obvious: enable vsync in enblocal.ini. But with this setting I experienced a very noticable stutter, although FPS was acceptably high (30-60). I disabled ENB vsync and enabled FPSlimiter. All working smooth but in interirors there are noticable effects with HDT physics. The same as one can see with disabled vsync - twitching (is this a right word?) hairs, equipment, women breasts. I enabled WaitBusyRenderer and now all looks fine (didn't tested properly, just ran around about 15 min). Questions: 1. How to force driver vsync in windowed mode? 2. Why it stopped working? 3. Can WaitBusyRenderer cause problems? Relevant information: Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, ENB v.264 (tried also 262 and 254 - there are no difference in this case), GeForce GTX780 with 3 Gb VRAM. Thanks for help and sorry for my English again, I hope it can be understood.
  16. There is a bug with levitation spell in Apocalypse Spells mod. When walking on ground when this spell is active sometimes invisible things/obstacles appear. Not so similar to your case, but may be it help. Sorry for my English.
  17. @Halde, of course i have sufficient amount of magicka and skill level. Illusion spells may fail if target has a too high level or immunity to illusion. Conjuration spells works differently, one just only should have sufficient amount of magicka and a spell to cast.
  18. First sorry for my English. I have a problem with magic absorption effect from Atronach stone. With a staff of conjuration at the average the half of conjurations fails. Even worse sometimes fails normal summon spells too. Once summon frost atronach spell (not staff!) failed three times in a row (of course i had sufficient amount of magicka). Internet said that this bug was fixed in Unnoficial Skyrim Patch (USKP) 1.x. I have an USKP 2.0.0 installed. I have searched through USKP changelog and didn't find any mentions about magicka absorption since version 1.2.1. On Nexus i have found a mod Conjuration and summoning fixes and tested it. But it didn't help with summon staff. Also BOSS warns that it mod is broken and must be uninstalled. I have only 2 mods relating to magic: Apocalypse Spells and Better Magic. It seems that both don't touch magic absorption effect. So is this bug really fixed in USKP or sometimes it may appears? And how about summon staffs (staves)?
  19. I have a weird problem with EFF: "underwater sound" when using EFF menu. This effect appears only with EFF own menu system. I can't imagine what cause this. Sorry for my English.
  20. I can recommend mod Storage Helpers: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/17574/? It's working similar to Feng Shui/Feng Shui NV mods for Fallout 3/Fallout New Vegas and much more stable and convenient than popular Decorator Assistant for Skyrim.
  21. DoYouEvenModBro, yes, it works with all showracemenu stuff.

But light theme there is already, it's just disabled. And it is per user setting, so hardcore gamers can enjoy with (default) dark theme. Only those who don't like light grey text on dark grey background will switch to light theme.

I agree with Octopuss, can you bring back the white theme? As optional of course.
  24. Kuldebar, thank you very much. I experienced random crashes after 30-60 min of game, but after your post I changed ExpandSystemMemoryX64 to false - and there was no one crash after about 4 hours of game. I'm using ENB 250 now.
