  1. I have Steam installed on my computer on 3 different drives. I have Skyrim SE installed in all three instances. I have Wrye Bash pointing to two of the Skyrim SE installes (drive E & F) and MO pointing to the third install (Drive G). Tonight I realized When trying to compare plugins with SSEedit and MO (drive G) that SSEedit was pointing to my E drive install of Steam instead of my G drive install of steam. Is there a way to get SSEedit to point to the desired Skyrim/Drive that I choose. In the end I may have SSEedit installed two or three times.
  2. I installed Another SSD yesterday and than gave all of my drives new Letters (well all but drive C my operating system.) Now if I try to run Wry Bash.exe nothing happens. What should I try doing?
  3. When I try to follow the command prompt section I get "The syntax of the command is incorrect". This is what my screen looks like "C:\Users\Razor>mklink /J C:\Users\Razor\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer D:\Elder Scrolls V_Skyrim\Skyrim SE\Skyrim SE (bckup)"
  4. Two mods you might want to add in the wilderness guide are Wearable Lanterns and Craftable Lantern Oil - Hunterborn and Wearable Lanterns Patch. I am guessing there are not conflicts.
  5. I'm pretty sure ETAC is incompatible with ICAIO. I personally prefer better NPCs over City overhauls. Tech also says he prefers a vanilla Skyrim experience so I do not see him taking out ICAIO (but who knows what the future holds for his guide).
  6. Thank you for making the packs. I have never played as a vampire and am just curious why you chose Sacrosanct over Better Vampires. Have you tried better Vampire Npcs yet (it is the same author as Better Vampires). Would it be worth your time to make two vampire packs to give people the freedom of choice? Edit. I just noticed you replied to the first part of my post in Techs forum.
  7. I have a very off topic question. If you made all of the patches individually (everything covered by the CR) and merged them into one esp (in my head this would end up looking the same as the original CR esp) would it work the same as hand making the CR patch? The LOTD Reqtified may have been a better place to post this.
  8. I have figured out how to pull up command prompt. I keep typing = mklink /J C:\Users\Razor\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer F:\Fallout 4\Fallout 4 Data Is there something I am leaving out
  9. I have made it to the installation of MO2 in your guide and am stuck here. I have no idea what the first line means and hope someone can help me out. I kind of figured all I would have to do is reset the directory paths under the MO2 -> Settings -> Paths Tab. Should I use your MO2 install instructions on Skyrim SE also? Open an administrative command prompt, then create a symbolic link with the following command "mklink /J C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer C:\ModOrganizer2Data" Warning:This step has to be done or it will not work correctly it is a necessary workaround!!!Your C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\ModOrganizer folder should look like this(the pic below) now if it doesn't then you need to work out why as the rest of the guide will not work. Go into MO2 Settings and in the NEXUS tab enter your login Information. Warning:Do not for ANY reason change the "Settings>paths>Base Directory" in ModOrganizer. It should read C:/Users/>>>YOUR USERNAME not this text<<</AppData/Local/ModOrganizer/Fallout 4 DO NOT CHANGE IT OR ANY OF THE OTHER PATHS. You have been warned.
  10. Paul. I was wondering if I could get you opinion on Open Cities. Its a mod I think is very nice but what are conflicts like with your town and village section. Tech. Should I continue working on my guide or will I just have to start all over. I was also wondering how far into the future this is happening Anyone interested in helping me get started. I kind of have an idea of how tes5edit works but am nervous about getting started. I don't really get the tes5edit video linked from Neos page. The creator of it didn't present it well and I don't quite get the part where I actually create the patch. I think I feel semi ok with which edits I need to forward, well at least the theory of it. I won't have time to really look into it till the weekend but I figure that the Wiki will have a guide which explains what the edit descriptions are. Can anyone maybe link me a good video on the subject? I am also thinking I want to do individual patches over one main CR. What is the best way to go about doing that?
  11. Everything you said for #2 just went right over my head. I will thy searching the wiki for these templates
  12. I hope I am not hijacking your thread Paul. Here is a rough draft I am putting together. I know it does not have the ETAC section because I am a fan of Immersive Citizens but who knows what the future holds. I still have a lot to add but the one thing I am not in a rush to do is add weapons and armors due to having to make leveled lists. I'm thinking maybe after the base guide is stable weapons and ect can be added. I have also taken layout ideas from Neo, Darth, Paul, Maybe Nozzer ect ect, I hope you guys do not mind for it is you who I am learning from. https://wiki.step-project.com/User:Razorsedge877/Skyrim_SE_Extended
  13. I am still chugging away at putting a guide together and am having a hard time finding the list of mods Paul used to replace WAF, CCO, ect. Can you repost the list Paul. This is taking me some time due to Crappy internet speeds and slow typing skills;) but am getting there. Thank you
  14. I'm pretty busy until the weekend. I want to add a few more things and will post it over the weekend and than go from there
  15. I already have a guide put together based off of the LOTD guides (at least any mod that can be downloaded without converting it). I also Have start putting Pauls mod list in with it. The main reason I haven't posted yet is #1 I know it is a ton of work to upkeep, but the main reason is I'm worried about posting it is am I going to do the CR right. I really want to post a good base guide for everyone to go off of and test than go from there because adding a ton of mods without doing good tests as you go, can be counter productive in my eyes
  16. According to Skyrim Unbounds description page you do not need Dragon Stalking Fix in your Install order.
  17. I just downloaded MO2 So I can mod Skyrim SE and also started a guide that I would like to post based off of Skyrim Revisited & the LOTD guides as long as I can get the CR right. Can you tell me if I am wasting my time using MO and if so maybe a few reason why I should not proceed if that is the case.
  18. Can we put the Even Better Quest Objective patches esp's right after the main Even Better Quest Objective esp Since Wrye bash merges them. I am afraid If I use LOOT it will mess up my load order.
  19. What I was saying is I doubt anyone has tested the game with lets say a 300 hour save. Does anyone know the name of the mod that changes the camera to first person during combat and 3rd person after combat? I am having a hard time finding Skyrim GEMS on the net. Is it not a web page anymore?
  20. I hope the additions are done for awhile because I highly doubt anyone has really tested the guide in game. I'm not sure if it is just my game or not, but one of the ladies in Books of Skyrim had some crazy stuff going on with her chest like HDT physics may have been screwing up
  21. Is there a way to assign the skyui groups to the keyboards hotkeys. I normally use a controler but have started messing around with a keyoard. I also have my boots assigned to hotkey 1 and can not figure out how to undo it
  22. I have two questions when doing the final steps. 1. I do not delete anything in the mod "SRLE Extended LOTD Profile" when running the patchers. It seems that the Bashed patch.esp is the only mod where the date modified does not update. It stays at 12/31/1969. Does everyone else have this issue? 2. When updating the mod "SRLE Extended LOTD Profile". I want to keep the esps but delete all of the folders before starting the patching process. I would just like to do this to keep all of the modified dates uniform because this gives me confidence that everything worked properly. Does anyone see any issues with doing it this way?
  23. Thanks for the help Sirjesto. I have racked up a few hours today and have had no crashes and everything seems to be running well other than the few things I have mentioned. The exteriors look great, the dungeons are dark. I'm really enjoying SRLE LOTD so far. Wonder how long it will take me to venture to the museum (I am trying to make this an early priority but enjoying the scenery to much) The only reason I don't like Wild Senses is when I'm walking in places like Riverwood and one of the ducklings in glowing green from a mile away. I will try rerunning Dyndolod than. I haven't quite figured out how to do multiple quotes yet
  24. Yes this worked. My ini didn't have the IminGrassSize so I just added it. Should I add the rest of the ini changes that are on his mod page, For that matter should we add all ini recommendations by mod authors for the guide? Ah ok. I am not sure how I like this effect. I will see if there is a setting in the MCM menu I am getting major "pop in" with trees and house textures ect. I have the DyndoLod settings on medium. I am wondering if setting them to high will help or should I make an ini change?
  25. The cave is White River Watch, When I disable the Verdant textures and meshes the issue goes away. I'm not seeing where I messed up my installation. I am also having issues where, when I look at NCPs and animals they have a magic effect (looks kind of like a galaxy) over them. I am thinking it happens when they are behind objects but I haven't noticed if this is consistent or not yet. This is my first time actually playing the guide and I am about an hour into the game.
