  1. I have a few issues with grass. I think the cave is called Whiterun cave (Cave with the blind bandit) I have made it to the first two bandits and there is grass clipping in the cooking pot and a basket near the fire, also outside of Whiterun across from the stables the fire pit is covered with grass and there is grass growing inside of the tent. Is this only happening in my game?

Opening Scene Overhaul mod compatibility Alternate Start - Live Another Life - ONLY works if you follow these steps: Make sure original opening scene.esp is UNCHECKED, Open the game with LAL, wait for mods to configure, then save it. Close the game, activate this mod and reload that save you just made. Choose the vanilla start. The mods should now work together without issue, as long as this is loaded after LAL and both mods are at the bottom of the load order. (Thanks to JakXLT for discovering this) Helgen Reborn - Compatible, as long as you follow that mod's instructions: "it is imperative that you leave Helgen Reborn UNCHECKED until you exit the cave with Hadvar/Ralof." Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC Overhaul - Compatible as of Version 2.3!

  4. It would make more sense to change "Mod Name" to "esp Name" in the Wrye Bash directions, and than list the esps instead of the mod names

  6. It took me awhile to figure that one out even after modding for awhile and watching videos. I agree people should read up on the tools we use but the learning curb between aa advanced computer user and an intermediate user can sometimes be pretty big at times.
  7. You guys are doing a great job on the history page. It is very convenient for the end user when you are so descriptive with your updates. No more trying to find the fixes in the main guide (Line 345654, where the heck do you find that), Now we know if the update was just a typo fix or an actual mod update, ect, ect. This allows you to get rid of the Changelog guide in my opinion because the base problem was trying to follow the history pages. I installed all of the LOOT rules last night and my load order came out nothing like your Load order that you uploaded the other day. It would be very helpful to end users if you kept an up to date version of the Load order.txt always available (please just keep it to the guide and no additional mods that you are using from your personal play through). You should also make sure that it has both options for NPC Retexture 1 & 2. I also have an idea for the merging section that will help speed the merging process up for new users. When I merge my Mods I 1. Activate all of the mods in the guide 2. Open up your merge guide and preorder all of the esp's to be merged in the left pane of MO 3. Run Merge Plugins. When the first box pops up 1. Right click mouse and choose deactivate all mods 2. Activate the mods you wish to merge 3. making sure all mods to be merged are highlighted (blue) right click mouse and choose activate masters 4. If the OK box is not bold look for esp's with red text and activate them (usually seams to be the esm's or usleep) 4. Make your merge Also can you add steps to the merging guide to make a mod called Even Better Quest Objective Patches, Where we cut and paste the patches into it from the main Even Better Quest Objectives mod.
  8. Thank you for uploading this. 1. I noticed you have WEBS Extended - Animated Clutter Patch after Wiseman303's Flora Fixes - SMIM Patch. Is that for conflict reasons? 2. I also noticed you have Unique Grasses.esp in your loadorder. Isn't that in Trees and Flora Merged? 3. How hard is it to throw in Hoth, M'rissi's Tails of Troubles, and Recorder CR wise? 4. In your Modorder.txt You have --- CACO Patches Merged after Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul - Patchesbut in the guide it is after Directly After Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim 5. I think you are missing Undeath Imperious Liches - Imperious Liches Disparity from your modorder.txt

  12. I have tried playing Skyrim on my triples a few times. On a non modded game with ENB I get 20fps. I have a 980 gpu. I wonder how a 1080ti would handle the job of a modded Skyrim.
  13. I was using it to make sure I placed all my merges in the correct location and which plugins to uncheck after merges. If your not going to keep the integration guide updated than why have a link to it in the main guide. By standalone I mean the SRLE guide is so out of date I doubt anyone uses it anymore and if they do the SRLE LOTD guide is so large you still have to go through it anyways when doing the install. there are way to many colors in the integration guide that really aren't needed and in my opinion clutter it. All base mods should be default color, all mods to be merged should be cyan, and all merges should be orange or whatever color they are. I do like how the NPC retextures are lime green and white to separate the two different choices. I also think you it would be a good idea to include the main file, optional, misc, and patches for all of the mods in the guide and that will clear up the what should I merge and what shouldn't I merge questions from new users. I am about 1/2 way through making the changes to the guide on my computer but I will just let you make all the edits.
  14. I want to update the Integration guide to use as a double check tool. Would you be fine with me doing this and would you have an issue with me making it standalone. Its been close to a year since this guide has been out and most people are probably converted from SRLE to this guide
  15. I think the NPC Retextures - Option 1: Close to vanilla section in the integration guide is missing: --- NPC Retextures Merged - Option 1 & NPC Retextures - Conflict Resolution (Option 1). Just a thought. How you have a NPC Retextures - Option 1: Close to vanilla and a NPC Retextures - Option 2: Improved Looks in your guide, I have created two new sections in my MO called Skin and Body​ - Option 1: Close to vanilla, & Skin and Body- Option 2: Improved Looks. I have installed Cover Khajiits, FAR, & Khajiit body replacer twice (which some won't like), but for me its easier and more organized.

  17. I have a few suggestions with the Merge guide. If I have missed any merges similar to the examples below please let me know because I probably missed them in my install. 1. When I merged Even Better Quest objectives I Created a new mod called Even Better Quest Objectives Patches. Than I cut and pasted all of the patches (Like you did with Trees and Flora esp) into the new folder leaving BetterQuestObjectives.esp and the scripts folder in the original mod. 2. Change The description for RS Children merge from RSChildren_CompleteUSKP.esp (RS Children Overhaul) to RSChildren_CompleteUSKP.esp (RS Children Overhaul - Merged Complete and USKP .esp (by Neovalen)). Having the USKP fix in its own folder allows us to leave the main RSChildren mod active. I have a question about merging plugins and loadorders when doing the first run through. 1. Should I do the LOOT Rules or the Merge section first? 2. When merging for the first time, Should I just activate all of the mods from top to bottom of MO, move the esp's to be merged to the bottom of the loadorder, Than do my merges, or 3. Should I activate all of the mods from top to bottom of MO, run LOOT, move the esp's to be merged to the bottom of the loadorder, Than do my merges Also in the integration guide you have Vivid Landscapes - Castle Volkihar - ELFX PatchELFX - Parallax MeshesSkyrim Landscape Overhaul - Stone WallsMore Shipwrecks (MOD MERGED, INACTIVE IN MO)​Where is ELFX - Parallax Meshes from

  19. Can you Change the link for Inhabitants of Skyrim with USLEEP to Endgame NPC Overhaul. It would be a little less confusing. I am doing a double check before starting my merges and am wondering, should SRLE Extended LOTD - NPC Retextures - Core - Conflict Resolution/MAIN FILES - SRLE Extended LOTD - NPC Retextures - Core - Conflict Resolution Actually be MAIN FILES - SRLE Extended LOTD - NPC Retexture - Conflict Resolution (Option 1)? And now I am thinking that the NPC Retextures option 2 should be the same except with the 2nd option.
  20. Don't get me wrong. I love naked ladies (at least real ones) as much as every female enjoys a naked guy, but as a father to a preteen daughter and considering my parents like to visit often I feel nudity in a game is ridiculous. All to his or her own I guess just as long as there are options for those of us that do not want nudity in our games. As I read my opinion I feel like I am getting old.

  23. The Forgotten City Patches should be at v1.01 in the guide and not v1.02. I was wondering if you could rename the mods from SRLE Extended and SRLE Reqctified mod pages so the are easier to find in th guide and MO. An example would be SRLE

I have a question about the Wrye Bash instructions for Faction Crossbows Bash Tag Update Required: All Bash Tags for Faction Crossbows.esp need to be removed using Wrye Bash before merging this mod. The Bash Tags are in the Optional file and not the main file, so how would you remove the tags before merging? Edit. Never mind. I don't know what I was thinking
  25. Should Wildcat be at version v604 instead of v602? Sorry for the multiple posts I know a single post would be easier for you.
